Tokido (Akuma) vs Xian (Gen) - Capcom Cup 2013 SSF4: AE Ver. 2012 

For those who don't understand what happened with the ultra at 13:16 or so, akuma lowered a few frames just as gen charged up the ultra, he was right in range the entire time, but we didn't see him descend those few frames. right at the edge of 13:17 you can see akuma just barely in range of gen's ultra.

No joke this match was more hype than any match from SF5.

XIAN was one of my favorite players during the SF4 era. I hope he comes back for SF6

This remembers me what gen said in his arcade intro: "you cannot hurt me", you lost that right When I stared death to the face (the hadoken that Was going to kill him) and I turned my back to it (like how his ultra shows him turning his back towards Akuma after the attack)

I rewinded the Ultra ending multiple times.. The only possible way I can see how it worked is based on the fact that Ultras have a slower start up than supers, so the delay allowed for Tokido to somehow get caught in it. GG

I hate how a lot of pro players spam hadouken like they're a Super Street Fighter 2 CPU set to max. If you can count more than 15 in a match the match is just absolutely exhausting to watch all the way through. It's the Gracie fights of gaming... yawns & crickets.
