in my opinion why universal studios are expensive, because american currency, but this is well built and you know Japan is cheaper than usa but hardwork is their best
Going to DisneySea was the best theme park experience I've ever had, everything was just so incredible and immersive. I highly recommend spending a day there too if you are planning to go to Tokyo Disney Land. Also any KH fans will really love it :)
The fact that you can literally walk to different "worlds" and everything is super immersive- Like even the queue up for the lines and stuff. You should have seen Agrabah! It was great!
I miss Japan lived there for 6 years always went to Disneyland and Disney sea every year for Christmas and birthdays. I love the lagoon, canoe rides, and the pirates of the Caribbean ride
Just looking at this, the atmosphere seems so much more realistic to the other parks in Disney, and looks absolutely beautiful! I mean look at Tower Terror! I must say, this park beats the rest just from visual appeal!
Thanks... glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, I probably have more video, but mainly just more extended footage of what I already included. I do have the full video of the Fantasmic night show... just check my other videos. Heading to Disneyland Paris for the first time in May, so I will be adding videos from there to my collection! :)
Not sure what the crowds are usually like here, but it was 3 months after the earthquake / tsunami, so I am sure that there were a lot less people travelling... except me of course! Most of the rides such as Indiana Jones and Journey To The Center Of The Earth only had 5 minute queues most of the day which was great! :)
I used to be a collage student in Tokyo and I would attend some morning classes and go to Disney in the afternoon. I remember me just casually walking around in Disney Sea, then grabbing a cup of coffee and.....studying in the park😂 I think I'd seen some other students studying there too. Does studying in a theme park happen any other places? Just curious.
I go to Disneyland every month so I am pretty luck but I always wish to go to Tokyo one day and explore the city >:) And go to DisneySea aswell as Disneyland tokyo. You are very lucky.
Glad you enjoyed the video! The crowds were very low, probably because it was only 3 months after the earthquake / tsunami that hit Japan... most rides only had 5 minute wait times!!!
Woah! There's barely any people! Last time I went it was chocker! All rides we had to wait for ages! Did you go on a special day or something? Plus I LOVE this. Brings back memories(:
The place is enormous, but it was also pretty quiet. It was only 3 months after the earthquake / tsunami that hit Japan, so this may have had an effect.
wow when did you go? it looks a lot less crowded! i was wondering what period of the year that would be the best to visit disneysea (the least crowded time)
Echa - I actually went in June 2011... it was only 3 months after the big earthquake / tsunami that hit Japan in March that year, so that’s probably why the crowds were so unusually low... literally 5 min waits even on the major rides!
Thanks for sharing this video. June looks like a rather slow time of the year to visit the park, no? Was this in right after opening ? I usually see videos with larger crowds, if not a fully packed park .
My next major holiday is likely to be to Europe sometime in the next couple of years, so I do intend to see Disneyland Paris one day... just don't think I will make it for the 20th anniversary! :)
Hi, I will go to Disneyland and Disneysea next week. Is that night show at the end of your video with the fireworks, boats and all that presented every day?
Yeah, the crowds were very low which was great... wait times were mostly only 5 minutes even for Indiana Jones and Journey to the Centre of the Earth. I was there in June 2011... I think the fact it was only about 3 months after the earthquake / tsunami, the number of tourists would have been much lower than usual. That said, Disneyland the day before was very busy.
I am going Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea next year for the first time. And I am kind prone to motion sickness. Are there rides I should avoid at each park? HELP!
Félicitations pour cette belle vidéo qui nous fait rêver, congratulation for this nice video, thank you to give us a good trip report, Antonio from Belgium
No you don't... I only knew hello and thankyou. A lot of the cast members understand basic English and they also have English menus for you to refer to.
