I'm Japanese and have listened to many covers of this song, but her singing voice naturally brought tears to my eyes... not only her singing voice but also her facial expressions and shouts fascinate us. The sight of her singing painfully overlaps with Kaneki and makes me feel sad... Thank you for singing this song.

It must be so hard to mimic this guys voice. Something about it is captivating in a very emo kind of way. He’s almost always in this upper register of constant falsetto which has to be tough. And his prog music is amazing. I hadn’t heard anything like it come out of Japan.

I just have to say, the control Raon has over her voice is insane. I could be wrong, but from the other covers/songs by her I've listened to, it seems to me like she has a rather deep register for a woman (like, alto or maybe lower?), so hearing her hit these high notes, and do the whispering part in the beginning so well, is pretty awesome.

I think Tokyo ghoul's op is one of the hardest op because you start very light it gradually start to get louder then slower again I think she did a good job!

Damn I didn’t think you’d be able to see how a singer as good as Raon would improve over the development of her channel but you can tell how her voice and vocal production is not as strong in this cover as her later ones. The progress is inspiring!
