The Tokyo Marui 'Breacher' is a staple within the aged airsoft replicas, its from a MAJOR airsoft brand that that has a wide selection of aftermarket parts, upgrades, or modifications. Some of those mods are what lead to the Breacher to be as powerful as it is in for indoor Airsofting. There also has not been another model like it which further divides it from the rest of the airsoft replicas. Originally having a gas reservoir in the grip and taking one shell at a time was not super advantageous; nor was the build option of 3 inner barrels that could have a fly away or the fact the inner barrels are so short to begin with. Overtime players found work arounds like utilizing an external gas system for longer play times. Upgraded inner barrels and hopup units for more consistency and accuracy as well as being able to adapt several different magazines bypassing the shell design entirely. What I think is the magic of all this is the fact that the Breacher has a little switch that changes the amount of BB's fired from 3 BB's to 6 with one trigger pull. Which is really unfortunate for any player within close proximity when the inner barrels are all lined up nicely.
