Toledo Train Day 2016 with the NS 911! 

There hasn’t been a day that goes by when I’ve seen steve at the helm of a train where he isn’t sticking his head out the windows and blowing the horn for me and my friends. He is an amazing guy and an amazing friend.

Hello . A very nice machine NS911. The other locomotives and the whole event were very good to look at.

What the engineer said about riding in a locomotive with the window open and the wind blowing your hair and the sound of it and the horn, there is no other feeling like it in the world. Like riding in a huge soft bed made of steel...Sort of just float along, but you can feel the power...

That red and white looks nice. Wish they all had that. The red CB&Q look was a good one.

Great video, well done..I remember Toldeo as a long stop for us. Back in the 90's I worked on 48/49 and Toledo was a fuel and water stop going both directions. It looks like in it's day it was a very busy station..Are they still running commuter rail out of there?
