Toll Brothers are leading in home design. If I wasn’t building a custom home, I’d definitely look at purchasing a T.B. home. Yes, the materials do look a tad cheap for the price, but it’s still very nice.

I seen a similar model in New Jersey and I don’t like the stairs being the first thing. I’m going to buy a toll brothers home one day. I have been looking at their homes since my 20s. Time to put that plan into action. I know everything about them!

@@VIPRealty They definitely do! It’s different looking online but to actually be in it. I never wanted to leave lol. One model I was in there for almost an hour the lady came to check on me. And I was just in the kitchen staring out the window, imagining myself having it! The videos I took and pictures I just kept watching it over and over. 🙂

Instead of the formal dining room in the entrance I wish it was a living room but of course I'd still want a formal dining room. And instead of the wine cellar, I'd make it a prepping kitchen. I'd prefer master bedroom and laundry room upstairs.

I just want everyone who is thinking about buying toll bros that not everything you think is included like locking bedroom door handles and cabinets in the laundry room , and no screen door , also no mantel for the fireplace no garage door opener these things came with our other house we built for just over 200k but none of these items came with 800k house with toll bors , oh no linen closets either .

Been to this house ...it was really beautiful but not 2 million dollars beautiful. If I’m paying 2 million dollars or more, I’ll rather go to Southlake or colleyville. The base model was listed at about 1 million dollars on their site about 4 months ago, now listed for 1.3 million, yes I know there’s high demand with the “Californians” bringing in cash and lumber prices going up, but don’t think it justifies the rate of price increase I’ve seen on their website recently.

Over priced for Texas, possibly $1.2mil. Bedroom show staged under sized furniture to make it look bigger. Appears to be sitting on half acre lot, to some for a house that size. A ton of wasted space in this layout, where was the garage?

Closets do not scream 2 million dollar home at all. At this price point, consider living in California. Go to the valley.

Basic, builder-grade cabinetry, uninspiring floor plan, and poor finish carpentry that I can spot from a video... I’m waiting to be impressed. Take a look at Toll Brothers homes in Utah. They’re 1,000 times better!
