Loved your house tour, Things I adored the coat nook, big open windows… all the lighting fixtures. The wine cellar, the large open space between the kitchen, dining and living room area! The laundry room was small, but big enough. I liked the stairwell and glass cabinetry in the dining area.

Wanted to see patio as you entered the front porch ,the opening to side patio door. On house’s left there were two entry points , just a peek of view would be good and nice view of entire back yard . Maybe you can benefit forum drone aerial views on future projects. Thanks
@@grk2781 I understand now. For this particular home the house left side would actually be the garage. Because it is a model home they converted the garage into the sales office so it looks like a second entrance. Didn’t want to feature it too much as it wouldn’t look like that if you were to build it. Hi Kenny, Thanks for watching and for the kind words. I think if you were to do an elevator you would have to do it after you closed on the house with the builder. Don’t think that Toll Brothers will offer that option.
Wow You are the first person I have ever heard say this. You must of had a bad experience or maybe a bad project manager. Up here in North Dallas they are considered to be one of the best.
My brother-in-law had a Toll Brothers home built in Kuna, Idaho. It's really nice, but all the space is kind of wasted on him as he spends most of his spare time in the upstairs. The downstairs is used for the kitchen, laundry, garage access, and where he keeps the dogs.

Hi there, There is an HOA at this community. It is only $108/month. That really cheap for all of those amenities. You don’t have to be a millionaire to live in Prosper. There are lots of other properties that are at a lower price point but still very beautiful.
It’s a beautiful home and I love Toll Brothers. My dream home will be built by Toll Brothers but that location of the laundry room makes zero sense at all
Hey there, That house the way you see it is around 1.4-1.5 range. Because it’s the model house they have done lots of upgrades. You can custom build your own home to fit your budget.

You can absolutely build a pool. It would be through an outside company though. Tax rate in this community is 2.2% The schools are rated 9/10 A+ schools. One of the best school’s districts in North Dallas. So crazy about SVB!! The best thing I ever did for myself and my family was leaving California. SVB bank collapse actually helped the rate market today. 10year treasury rate dropped today which is going to have almost 1/2 percent drop in mortgage rates. If you have been thinking of buying a house but worried about rates then now might be a good time to jump on it.

Very nice home. I would have liked to have scene some views of: The left side of the wine cellar to see the size/capacity. The passage way across the courtyard to the right, where does that lead? Second floor view into the courtyard would have been interesting to see. I'm guessing the door on the right before the drop zone was for the garage (Single, two car, three car?). No view of the water closet or the second closet in the master suite. Is the "space room" a bedroom? I didn't see a closet.
Hey Roger, Thanks for watching! Its hard to capture every square foot of the house but I do my best. Being that this tour is a model home some areas are not the same as if it were the actual home so I tend to leave them out. Thanks for the feedback. The wine cellar is about 4ft wide and about 6 ft deep. the only storage was on the back wall because the other walls were glass. The passageway across the courtyard would be the garage. It is the sales office right now so they have walled it in separate form the house. The garage can be built as a 3 for or a 4 car Most of the time showing the toilet in the bathroom is not very exciting so I leave it out. Yes the "space room" is a closet.

Why are you advertising Toll Brothers as a “Custom Home Builder” and that this is a custom. You stated this multiple times! I’m sure you are knowledgeable of the product you are selling. You are providing erroneous information when you don’t have to do this to sell homes! 📌While Toll Brothers is a luxury home builder, we are not by definition a custom builder. Many of our communities offer numerous personalization options for home designs, floor plans, and luxury finishes.
Hey there, I appreciate the clarification. I certainly was not implying that this is a 100% custom home builder. What I was saying is that it is a fully “customizable” home. Meaning you can manipulate the floor plan to your liking and many of all of the design elements. You are correct that is is not a ground up custom builder but it’s as close to it as you can get. And one of the best in the business!!

The music matched with the pace of the video sublimely. I would just say, in constructive criticism, which I have hardly any, maybe you could describe some of the appointments and finishes, the brands of the Appliances, some tips how you might personalize the home even further, i.e., adding frameless glass doors for the tub, instead of shower curtains, coming up with your own choice of backsplash for the kitchen, adding a pot filler, etc. But overall, excellent presentation. I was initially interested in acquiring a Home in Boca Raton...but with the advent of the Ft. Lauderdale flooding, Hurricane Ian, and the homeowner's insurance issues, I am re-calibrating my choice and thinking about the Frisco/ Prosper/Plano area. I am a RE Developer myself.
