this game, Mahomes looked like a first year rookie. Scrambling around like a little kid, running from his momma, trying to wipe his nose..I loved it. He may have a ring and some good games/stats but, they need to STOP giving him the moniker of "the next G.O.A.T." let's see what his longevity is first before calling him a hero. Either way, we may NEVER see another player like Brady and, his accomplishments. Glad I am alive to see a player dominate the better part of 2 decades the way this man did
5 reasons why TB12 is indisputably the GOAT of all American sports- 1. Leadership- brings out the best in his teammates. Wills it out of them....demands it from them while playing to individual strengths. Works longer and harder than anyone. 2. Strategy- controls the game with audibles because he see's the field like a chessboard...knows how his pieces move and how/when to move them. He knows his opponents better than they know themselves-no doubt a standard from Belichick. Brady is death by 1000 cuts, battering with the run, game management, where and when to place the final dagger. dagger! 3. Ice water runs through his veins...and that's contagious. I agree with Josh Hine. The buccs need to watch the video " Brady vs world pt 5" because it is so inspiring and it is master class on how to play your best football. Those guys were on fire. They had almost no penalties, they protected Brady and gave him tons of time to throw. They made plays by going after the ball and knocking it out of recv. hands without flags. They used the passing and the running game, they didn't over celebrate and draw unsportsman penalty. And most importantly they ran after Mahomes every play to sac him and because of that he ran the most yards in that game 497 yards, highest stat for yards for a QB EVER FOR ONE GAME super bowl or reg game. To compare, a running back who runs for over a thousand yards in a whole reg season is considered good. So for Mahomes to run half of that in a single game is so funny and it reminds me of some of those funny old movies when you see someone running all over like Bennyhill. It makes you realize just how the buccs didn't just beat them they stomped them. Kermit Mahomes said that he had not been beaten like that since high school. Greatest Game. Buccs need to watch and remember to play like that buccs team.

I ❤️ Tom Brady, With the stats he put up,we all know he really didn't have to retire. He had at least 2 more years in him.Tampa Bay,after winning that SuperBowl should have been more determined to build and fortify that team to start their DYNASTY. They started going backwards in terms of Defensive and Offensive talent and they didn't do enough to cultivate Tom Brady and help him to begin a New DYNASTY. And Tom didn't want to go through the indignity of trying to convince another team that he not only is still the best of all time but he is currently still the best and his intangibles cannot be matched anywhere else in the NFL. He looked across the landscape and with a heavy heart called it a career but I know that he knows he had at least 2 more years left. I can only hope that he has his own floor in Canton because he had 3 separate Hall of Fame careers AND he has at least 20 records that WILL NEVER BE BROKEN among them being The only QB to go to 10 SuperBowls, The only QB to win 7 SuperBowls and, The only QB to win a SuperBowl in 3 different decades.

This game is a prime example of how and why. Perhaps you could see it better if somehow you could achieve some competitive success- as a participant. When it was outside the Top 10, just like Rodgers/Peyton/Favre/Brees had to contend with year after year, Brady was 5-5 in the playoffs. The second he left Belichick or didn't have his LOADED super team in 2020, he never got past the divisional round again. As for the "chessmaster" thing... we all saw him last season. The amount of excuses Brady has gotten that year is insane. In this current era of the nfl you need a mobile QB to win, and Brady just isnt that. He had two elite WR’s in Evans and Godwin (and he didnt deliver), plenty of QB’s would love to have those guys. Say no more.

They always spoke of Arron Rogers as the best and I actually think Mahomes is better than him but I think the reason is because he has Andy Reed. Tom Brady killed the path to so many AFC teams and all my friends hated them because even if the Patriots didn't go to the Superbowl, they played in the AFC Champion game and Play-off more than any other team. Let me add that Mahomes went on record stating that the first time he played the Patriots, he didn't know what they were doing. And the next time they met, he didn't know what they what they were doing. I would have to say that in 2024, I think Mahomes has gotten better and protecting the ball and figuring out what the Defense is doing. To mess up Mahones, Bill exposed this and this is why the Chiefs no longer have near perfect season.
