This is the only white man I have ever found funny. Wish I could hang with him. All my white friends are always talking about shit like science or some sci fi shit. Boring. But this guy is the bomb.
I thought he was painfully unfunny. Finding humour in english expressions was something friends and I would discuss as teenagers. I expect more wit from a stand up.
I rarely find him funny. Observational humor like this is usually funny to me when a comedian can find humor by looking at something from an angle that I'd never considered before. But this set and some of his others were just too obvious. Like I said before, even as a kid I thought 'Break a leg" was odd, and I'm sure others did too. Making a joke about how it's a weird way to say good luck is nothing new.
"Break a leg" is a wish for good fortune for any actor or performer in the truest sense of the word. With the apparatus that holds up the curtains on the stage being known as a "leg", the fellow actor is hoping the recipient of the wish being told to ''break a leg' will come to fruition because he has so many curtain calls and standing ovations that the curtain 'leg' breaks from the over use.
