He might've had a facelift, but I also think he has a pretty good skin care routine, probably does many beauty treatments and uses very, very expensive skin care products. You can see he's quite like those male Korean celebs that takes good care of their skin, body and diet.

You’re not alone in your opinion. I’ve never really cared for him. I am always keenly aware that I’m watching someone acting when I watch his performances. Whatever the hell he projects overshadows the character he’s supposedly portraying.

There’s another possibility, I watched a vid where he was explaining the way G force works, and it essentially puts a massive force on your face and the side of your face, he also looked super old in a clip that played before Top Gun: Maverick started, this makes me suspect that it is a result of flying planes all the time especially after flying such fast planes (since he spends most of his time flying a world war 2 plane that nearly doesn’t fly as fast as the planes in the movie) so when he was likely practicing with the much faster planes he was probably given one of the most healthy and natural types of de wrinkling on the planet, now the reason you don’t see this with pilots for airlines is because those aren’t military grade high speed planes, which is another thing to note the fact he does fly his private jet a lot too so he does fly a lot, he just doesn’t seem to leisurely fly the faster ones unless he’s being shown on a film or for a stunt
I fly fighter jets in the Navy, and I can definatly tell you that G force has a HUGE impact on you face. So yes, he Flys planes and doesn't have a face-lift. Alsi, the dudes almost 60. He's getting old. Still love him tho
You can achieve this kind of face. When my father was 57 he looks like in early 40s. I am 36 people still call thinks I am under 30. The trick is less stress and eat little less.
He is rich enough to be able to afford healthy foods, have his own gym and hire a personal trainer. Also have lots of discipline. Probably also the blood of orphans injected into his blood in a secret clinic in Switzerland.
