Nude Dip is the first one that I got, just last week! It’s a beautiful palette, but one shadow fell out so now I have to be careful with it. Thankfully it didn’t broke. 🙃
I’m getting Seductive Rose next month! I can’t wait! But if a shadow falls out like it did in Nude Dip, I’m not getting any more palettes from TF. Because that shouldn’t have happened if you pay that much for a palette. But the shades a gorgeous and blend so well!
I am so late to this but I absolutely love this video. Best Tom ford ranking imo. I have 3 quads from Tom Ford and all are the wet to dry formula cause I heard horror stories of his quads being hard panned. But not his wet dry quads. I’m shocked none of yours did. The entire video I’ve been wondering what ur wearing on ur eyes. Absolutely beautiful. I’m happy to know what it is bc it’s a palette I have. I have to try to accomplish that same look lol
If you like blue eyeshadow you should definitely try the Metallic Denin quad, it's stunning. Thanks for the detailed explanation, it'll help me in my future purchases!
Love your choice, I have brown eyes so obviously the warm shades are good on even though personal preference is more on cool tones which I find more easy to wear and more modern. I got Honeymoon, Nude Dip, Golden Mink and FrostFire (01) limited edition. Love them all, FireFrost is a piece of art however not easy to wear, it is more a party quad. Last Dance, Pretty Baby, Virgin Orchid and Daydream. Absolutely gorgeous. As I got the basics I will look for Last Dance as i adore green/blue hues. Love your chanel by the way...
I just got Nude Dip and now I’m getting Seductive Rose for Christmas. 🤗 Although, I have to say one shadow fell out. And I was shocked. The same thing happened to Tati in her video, which shouldn’t have happened to a palette that costs so much. This didn’t happen to any of my Dior eyeshadows or Too Faced or even Makeup Revolution. The blendability is good and I love the shades, but I just wanted to mention that. Love your channel! Xx 😘
Thank you!!💛 I will be doing a new TF video soon with all the new ones. Yes, happened to me as well once - the shadows fell out but I have over 50 pallets and it just happens. Sometimes probably via transportation.
Hi Desi ! You win ! I own 20 quads and 3 face palettes of TF. Ranking is so difficult but I love Noir fume, De La Creme, body heat and seductive rose the most... but the other ones too ! Thank you
Hy 🤩 This is the most interesting video about tom ford quads and eyeshadows palettes that I ever seen. Thank you so much for this. Just a little question.... There is no reel green eyeshadows palette in your 29... do you know if one exist ? I always try to find beautyfull kaki and forest green eyeshadows but it is very hard to find 🥰 Very good translation English/French and very good accent 😁🥰
I have 25 quads along with the face palettes so my top 5 changes more than the UK weather. But for now, it's Cognac Sable, Nude Dip, Cocoa Mirage, Body Heat and the Soleil Eye and Cheek Warm palette.
I absolutely love your content! Thanks so much for going through these and providing a pic of each look. While I’m a complete beauty junky, I’ve just recently started getting into eyeshadow. I find myself drawn to the neutral shimmery bronze but also love berries and purples for my hazel/brown eyes. I have no clue what to get and I was going to grab the Charlotte Tillbury Bejewelled palette because it looked like it had a nice variety but I wondered if you had a recommendation that you’d suggest for a beginner?
Hazel/brown eyes!! How gorgeous!! You can wear pretty much any shade and it would be beautiful on you. 😄 So you need a formula that is easy to use and doesn’t require a lot of effort or too much blending. Your instincts are right on: both TF and CT formulas are suitable. TF probably a bit easier. The Bejeweled CT palette is gorgeous and you get a lot of shades, definitely see value. Another fantastic eyeshadow formula for beginners is Viseart. Those shadows just blend by themselves. I will probably make a tutorial in the future but in the meantime, I recommend watching AliAndrea. Her RU-vid Chanel is mostly all tutorials and she’s fabulous. She’s a makeup artist in Paris (Chanel is in English). Hope this helps! 💛💛💛
I just found your channel and I'm loving your videos. I don't own any Tom Ford but this was helpful for when I do purchase some quads. Do you have any tutorials using these eyeshadows? I know you inserted pictures which was very helpful but I love the looks and would love to see how you achieved them. Thanks!
Hi!! Thank you! I have a new video with some new quads from Tom Ford and will be posting soon. But that’s a great idea and I may consider making a few more with tutorials. 💛💛💛
I found a store near me called The Cosmetics Company Store where they sell some high end to luxury brands from 40 to 60% off! Im in FL and found one only 30 min away! They have Tom Ford there which is the only brand that is 60% off i believe and this is how I found your video bc they have his quads there too but I own zero Tom Ford products so I needed some help before I went and bought one that wasn't the greatest. Thank you! ❤️
@@desistark you probably already know but that store is also in SoCal as that's where i'm based :). my first TF quad was the winter soleil one (forgot the exact name) but with the mint green lol. i just got Honeymoon and Pretty Baby recently. if i had seen your video i may have gotten Mercurial instead but i do like the warm bronze in Honeymoon so hopefully the formula plays nice! Metallic Denim is also on my wishlist.. have you done a newer ranking video since? or where does Metallic Denim rank in your collection now? xx
@@hijennwu I’m planning another TF review as I think I have over 40 quads now. 😄 Contrary to some reviews, I actually like Metallic Denim. The blue shade in the quad is special and not easy to find in any other eyeshadow. Goes with every eye color because it’s subtle. 💛
@@dstark5943 ty! yeah, i’m light/medium golden so blues don’t always look great on me but i felt that one would be more wearable. also me: Last Dance looks beautiful too lol
I soooo wish your eyes were open in the images. I came to see how these colors would look next to light gray/blue eyes. It is so hard to find peole with your eye color, and I want to see each of these. But your eyes are closed for every single image. So I can't tell how much your eye color pops against the colors.
You are making an amazing point! Thank you because you just gave me an idea for an updated video. I have 7-8 new pallets that I’ve purchased since this video so I can incorporate them as well. 💛💛💛
@@desistark I just got two pallettes. After much research (thank you for your help on that!), I decided on Mecurial. I was nervous to try it, becasue I haven't used red in my eye makeup before. (I've been stuck mostly in neutrals.) I then realized it isn't sold anymore. So I ordered it from amazon at a discount. It is likely old stock, but at least it has 30 day returns. (Waiting nervously.) I have blue eyes about the same color as yours. I am a rare natural winter blonde with very light blonde hair, and pale rosey skin that tans well. You would think I was summer, but nope. I'm a winter, every time I get my colors done. My eyes actually look dark and gray unless I put on a dark wig (halloween). Then they look really pale blue and stand out like crystals. I am trying to get my makeup to make my eyes look pale crystal blue, like they really are, with my blonde hair. It requires very specific colors to do that. I am so happy that you have blue eyes, and that you are reviewing the type of makeup I am interested in. I have a really hard time finding anyone who has blue eyes that is reviewing Tom Ford (or other luxury lines). Thank you for reviewing so many for us! I am so excited to see the new video you are creating!! I also for some odd reason decided to also order Metallic Denim. (From a more reputable location.) There was only one time in my life when I had just the right shade of "slate blue" that didn't look clownish on me, and somehow also brought out my eyes. And I am hoping this palette will work for a dramatic look, or even a minimal look for the office, if I can figure out a way to achieve it, and not have it be too much. I also am going to experiment with a mac light peach paint pot combined with a really light peach shimmer pot. Peach is a great color for my blue eyes. As is copper. It requires very very specific shades that don't take my face over for it to work. Since I am cool toned, I am trying to find cool tones that contrast with blue, and are subtle enough to not look too warm or orange on my pale skin. (think 12K gold as opposed to 18K gold) Red based browns bring out my blue eyes a lot as well! I am really hoping that Mecurial will work for me, I am subscribed with notifications, and I can't wait to see your next video!
