I wrote a negative comment 3 months ago about this fragrance. I tried it again and let it dry down and oh boy... what a majestic fragrance. Now I wear it all the time. Makes my Creed collection smells like cheap aftershave. No one can make Arabic fragrances like Tom Ford.
I just got mine and honestly its so unique and amazing ! I cant guarantee that it will get a lot of compliments, its either a hit or miss depending on people’s taste
Glad to see a complete Tobacco Oud review. I feel it's appropriate for everyday suit wearing especially for a guy that owns his own business and wants to portray maturity, power, and authority...but a black tie event on a cold night is where this would definitely shine.
Tobacco Oud is one of my favorites from Tom Ford (highly underrated) and I feel it is a superior fragrance to Oud Wood...but it's got to be worn at the right time and the right place, of course. Enjoyed! P.S. Don't wear fragrance to the gym...even the freshies fill a room when the skin heats up. Cheers!
I get the same from this fragrance! It lasts all day too. Either people really love it, or really hate it. I believe it's the dry down that becomes the most appealing

Just bought one after watching some of your videos. I really didn't like it when i tried a day before buying it. But after sometime it really smelt nice. So i went the other day and bought it. The salesman was like sir u didn't like it yesterday and u r buying it today😅
I own this fragrance and it really needs to be dried down to smell good. It's very intense. The great stuff about it and this a little story of mine, I hooked up with this girl and when we got down to business the smell seemed to come out more. She said I smelled good and I bet that when she smells it again it will bring her some good memories of that night 😁😉
The thing with Tom Ford fragrances is that when you wear them, they make a beautiful cloud of a scent around you. On the other hand when you sniff them closely from a tester paper or a wrist its not the same.
Totally agree. But every perfume is like this. The problem with these TF fragrances is that they are not for industrial sell. They are not so sweet either not so floral. They are hard and deliver straght differents fragrances. Not usual.
This tobbaco oud, oud Wood and grey vetiver are great fragrances, tested and loved by me ... Best of Tom Ford by far. They are an interesting exercise made by Mr. Ford: All are associated to old man smelling notes: vetiver, tobbaco, oud... Not your daily modern day cologne you know, but he takes those fragrances and turned into fantastic modern versions of the old school fragrances!!! He is simply a daring genius of fashion and perfumery, may be the best of his class in this days. You are doing the same on RU-vid... Always been my favourite. Instinctively when this wasn't out and released, I used to mix Oud wood and Tobacco Vanille .. Very polarised opinions but if you can pull it off its top stuff.
Funny you say that, Oud Tobacco was the only one I purchased from Tom Ford I tested their other private Blends, also the oud Rose and Oud wood, but this was the one I really liked. Also my girlfriend liked this, hence I chose this. My 50 ml had its service since 2016 and I used it up this week. To me it has rather the vibe of a tobacco then oud.

The first time I smelled it it gave me a headache(apparently when im hungry and I smell a fragrance I get headaches, this one being a beast gave me 3 hours headache) But in the pain and suffering I was enjoying it and smelling it even more!! God the price is not in my range budget but one day im buying it!!!

my partner tells me that I am addicted to all things oud. he's probably right. of course, so is he. given that and given that Tom Ford's "Oud Wood" is my favorite fragrance; I would love for Tom Ford to realize a six 12ml bottle collectors' set of the six oud scents in his line. if the aroma gods are listening - PLEASE!
I got a variety of samples of TF fragrances, Oud Wood, Oud Minerale, Tuscan Leather, but none stand out to me like Tobacco Oud. It smells very intense of wood, cloves, tobacco leaf, and leather. It reminds me of either a barrel proof bourbon or spanish brandy. It has a depth of smell and intensity that the rest of my samples didn't. I would agree with you, it's not an everyday cologne, it's more of a special occasion fragrance where you want to let everyone know you're an alpha male.
Looking SHARP. I cannot stand this fragrance myself but I know some people will love it and that's cool. For me it just really doesn't work and I'm not a fan of oud. When I was in Berlin back in 2009, I had to visit this place you were filming from as I have seen it in many history films.

To me, it's the worst smelling and most offensive fragrance I've ever come across! It has a pungent nauseating odour! I must be extremely generous to even call it a fragrance! I think Tom Ford has created this one out of his own faeces! I wouldn't wear it even paid, leave alone paying for it!

I'm a Tom Ford Fan Boy...I love his fragrances & own many...BUT ! i have to be honest. Tobacco Oud, Amber Absolute, & Sahara Noir, i didnt like....& because all 3 have the same character i dismissed them....But today i love them & they are favorites in my collection.

How about a video on "Most popular fragrances: how many sprays" So you'll show how Dior Sauvage will be like 5, Molecule 01 will be like 50, Tobacco Oud will be like 3, etc.
You could have waited a bit until the middle notes start to develop. This type of fragrance usually do not appeal so much to people from the start as the top notes tend to be quite strong.

Like he said, DONT BLIND BUY. I love tobacco oud, but it is just such a polarizing fragrance. It absolutely screams power and confidence and will get you noticed, for better or worse. Anyone who comes back with rage because they blind bought needs to DYOR.

This is much more wearable than I expected from this video.Tried it today...ok,it definitely isn’t a crowd pleaser,but faar away from some oud fragrances that i know,and they stink like that noone could pay me to wear it.This is something wearable,i could not even say a word challenging.
Jeremy you should make a review about tuscan leather by tom ford. You also should compare with similiar fragrances because I think that is very unique. Another thing that you can do is review all Private Blend fragrances by Tom Ford. I love your videos. Nice job!

It has less pronounced leather note then Tuscan Leather. Less leather in once face . More gentel than Tuscan leather. I think it is the smoothest fragrance from their upper line of fragrances. Not too sweet. The quality is there for sure since it smells very natural.Most natural smelling fragrance of tom ford. Tobacco vanille edp Tuscan leather edp Neroli Portofino edp Oud Wood edp Those 4 fragrances arecthe best from Tom Ford. From those 4 the smoothest and most natural smell is Tobacco Vanille. All of them smell natural and are super timeless. Will always smell up to date since they ard natutal smelling.
I dont care about negativ comments. When i love a fragrance, i wear it with balls! I love Acqua di Parma Oud and i got a lot of compliments and also negativ comments but i dont care.
