I am excited to be in Canada for the summer. This has been a long year and I missed last summer in Canada. Charley and I had some fun today in the canoe. When I was younger I spent a lot of time canoeing. I think I may begin t take part in this more. Thanks for subscribing and stay tuned for more! - Tom

Wonderful coming along on the Canadian Summer Canoe ride on the lake! Listening to you talk to Charley here took me back to Willy Wonka, and the super-sweet & enthusiastic stylings of Grandpa Joe (when he talks to HIS Charlie)! Love it, all a very soothing little experience! Swim Charley, swim!!!

What a gorgeous spot to spend time. Charlie didn't do too bad in the canoe and was curious enough about the water to have a swim. It's amazing that you captured her first swim. How cool was that! Looking forward to seeing more videos!

Canadian summers at the lake are the best! Summer is so short (esp here up north!), must appreciate every minute. Charley is a natural in the canoe! And her swimming is hilarious hahaha

Day 4 of a heat wave here in S.Ontario. Its unbearable unless you are frolicking in water on a lake or pool.I have neither so I'm lounging on the couch in the AC watching you and Charly enjoy life!!!Good job on swimming Charly, you are now a self- baptized Canadian!!

Yes, and keep the paddle away from the edge so it doesn’t scratch and use your straight back and arms to steer hard and not rest against the edge of canoe, that’s your perfect technique 👍
