Miss Bob. Hard to believe it's been two years. Thanks for putting these episodes up, Tom. It's so nice to revisit the world when it still felt somewhat optimistic.
Man saget and the following night he had Norm on. Tom was such an innovator. He really was the first podcast. Hope he posts the norm episode. God bless Tommy
Tom Green really is something special, I love him and his whole arc, especially this latest iteration, the rural Canadian rancher/podcaster. rip Bob, what a rare talent, gone far too soon
About a week ago my wife and I were remembering the movie The Aristocrats and Saget came to mind and I had forgotten that he and his greatness had left us much to early. So glad you got to meet and experience him. He must have been an amazing person to know. Great video thanks for sharing it again.
Nice to see some of these now. I remember when he was doing this back in the day I didn't have internet good enough to stream his show, so I couldn't watch it.
Thanks for uploading this, Tom. Really cool to see you riffing with Bob and getting to relive some of the pop culture news that dominated the late 00s. Like a neat little time capsule, re-opened from a 16 year slumber.
EVERYTHING at this time period was so awesome. The weird music and video clips. Video games were never the same before and after those times and never will be any more. The old smell of VHS at the video rental which doubled as a local hangout, shelter and candy shop. The fact going to school meant NOT having a smartphone...or a phone for that matter. The time McDonalds only had 3 burgers to choose from. And it did not matter what the hell you were wearing. Imitating beavis and butthead and spitting from a balcony was still considered cool. I can go on for hours and hours about the 90's.
Hey Tom, I like to pretend you know who I am. You have acknowledged me before in the past so that's why. Anyways, I love what you do and thanks for uploading these old videos so we true historians can archive it!
I feel like Bob really needed a true friend. Can certainly detect a cloud of anxiety and depression through his words and tapping on his knees. Apologizing constantly, desperately trying to acknowledge the kid on Skype. Thanks for putting this out Tom. I hope you can reflect on this and feel ok.
Love you, Tom and remember you’re never too sophisticated to do a barrel roll and hey, Bob we miss you very much! WeboVision was revolutionary. Can we get an upload of the Gwar episode?
It's weird how Bob is gone now, too. Bob's last interview was on the Tom and Dan show in Orlando before he died. It's here on RU-vid as well under Tom and Dan Live.
florida florida florida! do a barrel roll! put your shoe on your head! i miss webovision. bring it back. podcasts are dumb. we need this classic sitting at a desk type of talk show. guests, calls, live!
