I think many people would agree that 1997 is the Millennial/Gen Z "cusp" year. Being born in 1980/1981 is also a Gen X/Millennial "cusp". But generally in the year 2019 Millennials are 38-23 years old and to remember this you can use the Chris Evans to Tom Holland scale lol

@@annietaylor4338 yea the Millennial cultural divide encompasses far more people younger and could even exclude people that are older. because of how we grew up similarly, middle range Millennials and people around 18/19/20 are closer in shared culture, but the people that decide generations don't really focus on the culture and commonality so much as when people were born.

Annie Taylor Generally, the cutoff I've heard is that to be a millennial you should be around the age where you're old enough to remember 9/11 when it happened. That was really the end of an era and remembering versus not remembering how things were before it is a big difference (I say this as a fellow 18 year old)
