What is known about 'active sites'? their topology?, Surface energy?.. plasmon frequencies?

"Relative reference reactions", there's a legitimate reason to be chosen arbitrarily.., because this methodology is consistent with time duration timing modulation rates, in universal self-referencing/defining continuous creation connection, e-Pi-i interference/resonance, chemical bonding Actuality. An analogous "catalysis concept" is in voice to radio transmission, and demodulation reception back to sound, in the singularity-bond of the universe.
