Just a very honest, down to earth man inspite of his stature in the music world! And I noticed he has an excellent memory! Even the dates years back he can remember!
I don't think Jones meant any disrespect to Elvis. He was just remembering a funny story about his friend. We all have stories like these about people we've lost. I know I do. I love Elvis and Tom.
Chill people. I'm a huge Elvis fan and this is a very funney story. I don't think Tom meant Elvis was fat at the time but leather trousers can be hard to pull up especially if they are tight and you've been sweating. I should know. This story is probably from 1974ish when he was still a slender man.
Funny story. Ah, I'm sure Tom has many, many stories that aren't fit to print being in the biz 50+years. I bet he had great times during those early years.
