It’s hard to believe Tom and his business partner, Kieran Cusack ever made any mistakes as they rose from their humble beginnings with just “two jeeps and a trailer”, to turning over E1 million every working day in July 2023.
But engineer Tom insists that every part of their success story is thanks to learning from mistakes, and to a phenomenal team who have enabled them all the way.
Tom and Kieran were named best established entrepreneurs at the 25th annual EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards in 2022, setting them among Ireland’s best and brightest minds.
