I had to think of this, but the first mini I ever painted was an orc from Reaper Minis, I had not learned to ink, or dry brush yet...He still gets a spot every time orcs come up, and keeps the name Stab-Stab through every campaign. (complete with his pink and purple kilt) Then I bought one of those kits that has a mini in it (I think it had two actually) and teaches you the basics of painting, and provides the paints for the included minis. That created a human fighter, wearing mostly blue over his chainmail. His first appearance was just a generic town guard, but my friend took over the campaign for several sessions so I could get some play time, generic town guard comes back with a blusterous attitude, and a name; Tellurond the Blue, and actually ended up creating a whole sect of guards that we were never sure if they were the good guys or not, the Blue Corps. His mini will still return with the need of any generic human fighter, but Tellurond does not return. Finally, just one of the generic pre-painted plastic minis from the 3 edition era, a bald guy with a spear, often shows up with his name that always makes me laugh more than it should, Harry Baldman. After that, I'm sure other generic minis in my tackle box come out often, but I don't take too much note of it. Now back to the video.

One of my most used is Krull from the Arkhan the Cruel set. Not only did I use the figure as a villain or big bad in a few different situations, but I was also inspired to play a Death Cleric Tortle and therefore use the mini as my PC in my current campaign.

I have a bunch of Reaper Bones goblin minis that I painted myself. My favourite are the three Goblin Elites. In that set is a goblin shaman mini that I love to use in most of my large-scale goblin encounters. The other two also make for great goblin boss minis and they're packed full of character.

The Jarlaxle mini from Waterdeep Dragon Heist set is probably my most used mini, it's just awesome

Yes! we have to populate the town square with civilians and create stories for all. I rmemeber a manual with just civilians stats and backstories I used, lost it but the characters described there are alive and weel in my games). Dragonbait is the indisputable hero of "Azure Bonds" (some say that Alias is the main character, but only some humans say that), great mini and the most used mini. I am tempeted to use it even in Monopoly.

My most used mini is “Sir Forscale”, a Dragon Cultist mini. He doesn’t get used in games so much as constantly being in pictures I take of terrain to show the scale against a D&D mini.

Hey this is totally an off base question here for anyone who wants to chime in , but I gotta ask before I forget this " shower thought", so hear we go................ I have over my many years of being a DM/GM/ref/etc ran countless adventures, one shots, campaigns, or what have you featuring undead, and the go to method of fighting them ( in many cases though far from all the time) are the use of holy water or fire . although there are a hundred ways of dealing with each different type of undead I think there is one vastly overlooked item that could be either moderately cheaply purchased or produced by a cleric that is of fairly low level and of meager means that could produce both the acid like effects of holy water and a flask of burning oil once ignited ( or possibly confer benefits like bless, protection vs evil, etc). I am speaking of blessed oil and as far as a weapon for D&D I'm not very aware of it being used though I'm sure this could be a mistake on my part

My most used minis are probably the prisoner minis I have. This set looks cool and could be used in other settings too.

The minis are great but the main one for me is Artus and I might just get two to keep one of him then make a couple changes to the other in order to creat a mini for a character I’ve been struggling so much to get a good mini for and other then the items in his hands he is perfect in outfit design and pose I’ll just move the sword from his hip to his hand instead of an arrow then remove the bow and give him a Sheild that I can get just about anywhere then just give him a repaint to make it look natural I normally dislike trying to alter preprinted minis but he perfectly matches what I’m looking for

Thanks for the review! This is a less impressive but no less useful set than the other. Artus Cimber's old mini was OK too, this is more colorful, but he is a fairly generic looking ranger you can use for any role really. The Prince and Princess are great though to represent any native Chultan, as well. The Nightmare Speaker finally completes our trio of specialist Yuan-Ti cultists, the other two being in Monsters of the Multiverse. Her headdress style makes her quite fitting for a jungle set. Dragonbait I would only need one of, but this second one would be useful to represent other Saurials (his people). I like the Albino Dwarf but seeing as how they appear in groups, this was a mini better suited to be in a booster. Lastly Bag of Nails is just awesome, we badly need more Tabaxi minis, the brother-sister tracker pair would be a good choice too.
