Ah the Maria doria the ship wreak that’s underwater but not flooded that’s upside down sometimes that 72 meters deep but filled with light that’s in a cave but it’s not and has indestructible windows that laugh in the face of any amount of water pressure.
Yes this level is definitley one of the worst levels for sure the provlem with this level is that its a linear line through a hige open space with many areas that look like the way forward so u stumble around doing certqin things only to get stuck at a damn block puzzle argh🤬. The levels after this os pretty cool though
i get it's a video game but I always wonder how these thugs and even animals are held up in these caves and abandoned places and somehow survive lol, like the t-rex, in that little area in the first game, wtf is he eating and how is he surviving lol, the caged yetis in tibet, how do they survive? lol
whats crazy is that you can beat this entire level without even needing the stern key, or going into the stern. only level i know in all the tomb raiders where there is an unnecessary key
I must: THANK YOU now! Well, the Tomb Raider series is Absolutely one of Favourite All Time game-series. It´s ASTOUNISHING, HEARTBREAKING... Just the best, Lara, YOU! Thank you soooo much, now i´m back in the game! ;-)
I will never understand how the water drained around the deck of the ship. How did it get lodged in that cave when it sank? The only place there should be air pockets are inside of the ship you would think
That is terrible game design for real. Forcing the player to use a med pack to survive a necessary drop? They do this in Maria Doria too. The people at Core were real a$$holes to the player in these games.
there are places where i actually agree (some jumps and falls in the earlier levels let you take damage, eg the golden secret in quarters when you try to get up again) but here they give you a large medkit right next to it, not really bad level design
@@muldrake The problem is, that fall will take away most of your health, so you will probably need two medipacks, one at the top to ensure you are at full health before the fall (cause otherwise Lara would just die) and one at the bottom to replensh lost health, I think the game only gives you one.
Look closely at the corners where you jump and one is slightly lower than the rest...jump from the slanted one. If you can use photo mode to look at them it helps. I feel like i'm late but it might help someone else. :P
