I think it’s fascinating how she’s completely adopted a British accent when speaking English. Surely it’s from all those years living in the UK but a lot of people still lean on their native language accents when speaking a second or third language. It’s hard to get the proper accent of an adopted language . She sounds thoroughly British. Also her abs are goals.

Swimmers, gymnasts, long distance runners, heptatletes /decathletes, figure skaters, cyclists... I could go on. I used to be a professional track athlete and I have huge respect for all those that had to work harder for their performances than I did. My event demanded a lot of inaction for recovery.

Hollywood is terrified to have a leading lady with well toned/defined arm muscles. Which is why Linda Hamilton's Sarah Connor in T2 was SUCH a big deal. This industry is afraid that a large portion of the audience won't want to jack off to a female character unless she looks extremely "feminine"... and they define "feminine" for that audience by creating images that don't appear physically intimidating. I however, am extremely pleased with the sight of a woman's well worked out biceps and deltoids. That having been said, I'm excitedly awaiting TR2

I can understand that, but working out so hard for so long for a couple of scenes might be just too much for a young lady with a great lean body like Alicia Vikander. Hopefully she regains her original figure after quitting this workout routine. But I have to mention that you are the first and only person so far who was able to give a normal civilized answer. Luke Skywalker Maybe... just maybe, it’s on her contract. She just could play the character with the physique she had but that was like Angelina’s style, I heard on an interview that they (directors and producers) wanted to make a notable difference with the movies, in the game is a teen Lara that climbs and makes big jumps but we don’t know how the hell she is so strong with teen muscles. Let’s see how Alicia is doing on the next movies, hope she keep a routine and don’t make dramatic changes.

Abs are made in the kitchen. Granted, working out plays a large role in it as well. But exercise combined with proper diet is where you see the most results. Intermittent fasting is where it's at. If you can truly control the mind, everything else will fall into place for you.

I haven't read the novelizations, so I don't know how was Rey described. I just think that Daisy's skin is too pale and tender for a girl who grew up almost like a desert nomad. About the build - Alicia looks pretty strong and cool as Lara Croft :)
