My friend and I were actually terrified of this guy back in the day. Once we locked him in the freezer we were laughing soo damn hard. Then we went back to taking turns on the indoor jungle gym in Laura’s mansion. Great times.😂

It was in the early 2000s I got into Tomb Raider. 8 vividly remember exploring the house for years before starting the actual game. This was by far the best part to laugh with my friends the next day.

For people that don't know how to unlock the trophy. You have to wait till the butler farts before closing the freezer

For some reason the wrong trophy popped up when I locked Winston in the freezer. It was the Crane Dive trophy but on the picture of the trophy you can see Winston and the freezer. Weirdly enough the Crime and Punishment trophy that I should've gotten for locking Winston, shows a completely different picture. I'm playing the Steam version. Has that happened to anyone else?

yes i had the same bug yesterday, locked him in the fridged and unlocked the crane dive achievement, but now i just checked my achievements again and it looks like they are fixed? i dont have the crane dive achievement anymore but i got the butler one

@@Isabella-vu2lqIt seems there is a problem with the TR2 trophies, at least on Steam. All trophies I got so far were for other achievements. Other people reported the same thing on Steam. I hope this gets fixed soon 😑

No physical disc release???. Remastered or not, I wont be buying this as Digital download. How could the developer/publisher release this absolute classic, all time favourite franchise in digital format only. Clueless, poor planning of the GTM strategy. Tomb Raider deserves more respect from a company that had the franchise as exclusive, and built brand recognition in doing so.

It's always been rated M in Australia, probably due to how much it glamourises guns and violence. Lara guns down numerous animals and several people in cold blood. Her death animations are also fairly brutal.

It's a game from 1996 with optional upgraded textures (which means you can switch between the old graphics and the new ones at any time). There's only so much they can do with the original polygon environments, as the level design must remain the same for gameplay reasons. If you expected a 28 year old PS1 game to look and play like it was made for modern consoles, then you have unreasonable expectations.
