Tomb Raider: Live In Concert - "In The Blood" 

Nothing can top TR1 to 3. It was the best and a sacred part of my childhood memory.

Ok i'm getting emotional here. The old Tomb Raider games were everything that i loved in video games when i was a child, and even now, i come back to these games from time to time, because that's how good they were. I think i probably know every corner of every level from the first five games by heart. Mr McCree your music is so unique and was so on point in these games, it really captured that feeling of glamour epicness that Lara needed musicwise. I'm crying as i'm watching this performance, your music will forever have a soft spot in my gamer heart, thank you for your work and all of the fond memories i keep from the TR games.

They got The Fridge Butler...I'm so glad. Man, I really miss the music of Oldschool Tomb Raider. It brought adventure. It brought the mystique. It brought the tension. The action. The relief. The triumph. The beauty! All of these things were the essence of playing and experiencing Tomb Raider for the first time and it really sent chills down your spine. I wish I was there for the Tomb Raider Suite, hearing these pieces remastered by the orchestra gives me those same chills I had when I was 7 and 8 playing these games, and I honestly can't imagine what the experience was like for those lucky souls who had the honor of sitting down that day to listen to the orchestra play!

When the trumpets begin and the chaotic T. rex music from the original game overlaps with the main theme 😫 the most intense goosebumps. Lara is back ❤️

I fell in love with Lara Croft and the Tomb Raider franchise the first time I saw the game. I bought TR2 in a K-Mart store in Georgia (November 1999) and since then I collect everything and anything of Tomb Raider.

This and the Angel of Darkness one are best Tomb Raider themes. They are iconics. The new main theme for the new tomb raider is just too generic it doesn't tell a story

I wish I could've made this concert! Classic Tomb Raider AND its music was such an inspirational little universe for me as a kid growing up. It hurts still what they did with Lara, how they pretty much dumbed her down to this plain Jane girl with money, but this Tomb Raider era will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you Nathan for the beautiful songs that I still hum to, after all these years!

The music composed by both Peter Connelly and yourself are what contributed largely to giving those six classic games a soul and the series just isn't the same without you or the rest of Core Design crew.

That was absolutely beautiful! TR3 will always have a special place in my heart because it was my first one and its music still hits me hard with nostalgia. "In The Blood" just now managed it too, it really fits in the TR3 soundtrack as if it's always been there. (Oh but the part at 3:02 - 3:10 was a special nostalgia punch, it gave me shivers.)

An absolute masterpiece Nathan. Being a Derby born long time Tomb Raider fan I'd dreamed of hearing your music performed by a live orchestra. Your music gave those first three games so much character, as prominent and important as any graphics or character work. Music 'makes' moments in film and games and so often goes under appreciated. From hearing the live rendition of 'Something Spooky in that Jungle' to the original T-Rex music it was an absolutely fantastic night of themes I'd always dreamed of hearing orchestrated live. Emotion is a difficult thing to articulate but 'In the Blood' sent me on an emotional roller-coaster of nostalgia and heart pumping nerve tingling joy which moved me to tears. Thank you Nathan, both for your work on the original games and for pushing so hard to bring this concert alive for fans like myself. To any other TR fan I say this...If this turns up in your town go to it, it's an experience you'll never forget!

It's like the old soundtracks blended with the new soundtracks. I'm so mesmerized and touched by this piece. Hearing the song resolve into major at the end made me cry; such a brilliant touch on the iconic and beautiful theme. Again, Thank you, Nathan, for everything. This is incredible.

Simply epic incredibly enchanting like a time machine I remember how I put the second CD of Tomb Raider 1 at the evening in the CD player and only listened to the soundtrack to fall asleep. Sometimes I still listen to the soundtrack to fall asleep and sometimes i dream of that good old time. it's scary how fast time flies. I would love to be able to jump back and forth, some things I would do differently, but most of it I would do again. And in any case I would have this soundtrack in my absolute favorites.

Always was and always will be, the best Tomb Raider games, the best Lara, THE Lara,. The one I grew up with, the one we all grew up with. She helped me through so much. I am in tears , I miss it so much.

To have a games music played out by an orchestra is like a blessing of the ages.

I hear this again and again and can't stop it. This is really great music and reminds me of my childhood and playing the games. The "Tomb Raider Suite" haunting me for 2 weeks now. The music is already burned in my mind and my soul. And I am all day in sharing and following the success of the project. I want to hear this music all day at home and on the way. The best music ever for the best games ever.. In truth, the music has brought me back on playing the first game. But Tomb Raider III is definitely my favorite.

These games and the music are engrained in my soul lol. Resident evil as well 😍 Iconic music and epic story lines are what’s missing in games today.

I can't tell you how happy I was when I heard that this project was happening and that a CD was being made. So excited to hear the music in all its glory, and really excited to hear this song on there too!

Damn. It's funny, when I was doing my complete Tomb Raider marathon with my brother and his wife just watching, and the they told me that the music for the first 3 were the best. They don't have that connection to these games as me [i was dying so many times in India when I was 6 xD], but they have much more fun with music in the first three [i don't say that the rest of the composers where bad or anything. I'ts just that feeling than only Mr Nathan could do]. My brother's wife actually cried, when I played that vinyl for the first time. When non-gaming people are getting emotional with this music - that's some great compositions right there!

TR3 is where I came into the game... was my very first PC game I ever played (besides Solitaire, etc.) and was awed from the beginning, though I found the game rsther difficult in spots..my grand daughter has fond memories of it, sitting on my lap she was also fascinated with a seemingly 3D charachter......but the music was and is such a classic theme for a great series of games (Ok, some were/are better than others) The music is for the ages, and Nathan's music is sadly lacking in the newer games. But certainly not forgotten , really cool to able to watch this live performance, watching this I couldn't help but stand and give applause to Nathan, along with the enthusiasic audience!

This is an incredible piece, really encompasses the music of III and brings back amazing memories of my favourite game. We need you back on the new titles! I think you played a massive part in what made the original series so special. Thank you and good luck with the recording!

This should be theme track to the next TR. It's perfect and just in a completely different league to the music of the recent games. I can't get over how amazing this is and want more.

The classic 4 notes that play whenever Lara finds something.. greater than usual (I hope you know what I'm talking about), is the main thing I think the new games are lacking. This is the Lara Croft I'll always remember and the music that I'd love from the Tomb Raider series.

This piece is so beautiful fitting perfectly with the original scores and the ending bit is incredible. Crystal should make it the theme for their next game. Hearing this and the other scores performed live in London was something so wonderful that I will remember it forever.
