Ah, interesting. I main tomb raiser on console and was quite confused with Goliath too. The timed possession was always a thing, 30sec duration. Goliath not taking possession is the 2nd TR ability that I'm not sure is intentional. The other being the skebiggles from the ring hidden effect are separate from the skelittles spawn cap. Seems you can have 6 skelittles and 4 skebiggles max. Skelittles that spawn from skebiggles also ignore the cap and keep the skebiggles damage. So you could technically have like 18 skelittles if you're lucky. The Goliath not taking possession is huge though! I can now save my ghost modes for blocking aoe attacks or swarms. Hope it's a feature.
