One thing that bugs me when people compare Dany and Jon is when they bring up her "lack of humility" Unlike Jon Dany as a woman doesn't have the luxury of being humble in a world like ASOIAF. She had to seize power as the last hope of her family, as a woman and wife of a man like Drogo she had to show strength among the Dothraki or she would be dead, she has never had the option of being mid, it was sink or swim from the jump

All the visions that Bran was getting all fast, imagine it like just him "downloading" everything. Just a massive pack of information being crammed into his brain. At least all the more important things. Basically those white tree's are the world's memories, whatever happens in the world is stored in those trees like a giant file server, and only the Three Eyed Raven can access it.

Remember from season 3 Jaquen gave her 3 names to name so he can assassinate. So her objective was to kill the actress as one of Jaquens promise to others is on the list of names he gave someone he will kill. Lord Edmure is actually Catlyn's brother. Lord Walder Fray kept him at his expense after the Red Wedding as he married one of Walder Frays daughter before the assassination of the Red Wedding

Some food for thought: Quaith called Danny the 'slayer of lies' and when maester Aemon was asked how he could tell when a man is lying everytime, he answered "I grew up in Kings Landing". Most of this episode was completely from scratch, except for the appearance of Coldhands, who the show interprets as an undead Benjen, but is still a mystery in the books.

The faceless men are the greatest assassin group in got. They we'rent rivals and nothing was a scam. The goal is to become no one, so you become a tool for killing and become whoever you have to be to do the hit. They get paid to do assassins and they do the hit no matter what that person has done like a hitman for the mafia. Arya had already failed several missions, but they gave her one more chance, so when she chose to mess it up again, Jaquen Haquar let the other girl go after her.

The Faceless men do worship the God of Death and do use the face's to "Live in that persons skin and speak in their voice" some form of strong magic is needed for this but yes they are Assassins not con Artists

So some lore stuff; the dragons will never stop growing as long as their free to fly. As long as their unbound and able to roam, they'll literally never stop growing until they're hundreds of years old, potentially.

bran was having visions about the mad king shouting "burn them all" and then about the white walkers. we don't know that even in the books, but one of the theories about why king Aerys went mad is that *maybe* he had a dragon dream (which is very often among the Targaryen) about the white walkers and he went nuts. that would also explain his obsession with wildfire, burning everything, being so paranoid and wanting to rise as a dragon when he died. prince Aerion Brightflame also had dragon dreams, about something we don't know but it terrified him enough to spend most of his time drinking to avoid having that again, he went mad and drank wildfire thinking he would turn into a dragon

Drogon ain't done growing my man. He is still relatively young. Dragons can live upward to 200+ years. They continue to grow as they live. Drogon was made to be the second coming of Balerion in the show, If you would put Drogon next to Balerion who was around 200+ years old at the time of his death Drogon would look like a baby next to him lol.

I’ve never read the books so idk if im way off but when watching this I used to think what if Bran was warging to the past to warn the mad king to “burn them all” in reference to the white walkers and that’s what made him crazy, hearing the voices which was probably Bran the whole time like when he called out to his dad in that one flash back or messed up Willis making him Hodor. That one flashback with the mad king and the wights just pieces together too well.

I think what happened to Bran there at the beginning is all of the Three-Eyed Raven’s knowledge (being “all of it”, as he put it) is being transferred or downloaded into Bran. He became the Three-Eyed Raven.

Actually the play is very important. It doesn't take Sherlock holmes to put 2 and 2 together seeing what happened to Tywin and the dialogue in the play was made up, the dialogue wasn't what was actually said between Tyrion and Tywin in the show, so there's no plothole. But more importantly, the play shows us how a new regime survives on myths and hagiographies. A house of card built on lies. It's that Chaos is a Ladder conversation Varys and Littlefinger had so long ago. "what happens when we abandon that lie". We know the mythology the Lannisters created around themselves. But what about King Robert? What was the Big Lie of his regime? That is the breadcrumb trail that takes straight to the finale.

The Faceless Men aren't a fraud. They worship Death by bringing it to those whose time has come, not just evil people or those who no longer want to suffer. Death comes for all at some point. "The price" that has to be paid isn't gold: when Arya saved the 3 prisoners from the cage, she stopped them from receiving Death's gift and thus had to give 3 other names who would die instead.

Very funny to see the faceless men, be considered a scum. But its no wonder, they did a bad implementation of them in a show, so its normal to get super confused on it and make such a predicament. The god of Death is no joke or scam however, you can get more information from the lore videos from bluray from each season that might help for one. Thankfully, @InDeepGeek my favorite youtube channel on GOT material, has some excellent recent videos, that truly capture the essence of the faceless men, their origins, and their operations.

It is known, lol. But they aren’t really killing for the money (tho they do get paid), they kill to serve. Valar Mirghulis, Valar Dohaeris (all men must die, all men must serve). It also doesn’t matter if the person they are being hired to kill is ‘good’ or ‘evil’ because as Jaqen puts it to Arya; “Does death only come for the wicked and leave the decent behind?” Jaqen gives Arya a brief history lesson about the Faceless Men (I think in S6E5) where he tells her the Faceless Men started as slaves in Old Valyria. The Many Faced God showed them how to change their faces and in turn they serve him by bringing death. They left Old Valyria once they’d killed all their masters & founded the free city of Braavos. It’s not really clear in the show but I think they call him the Many Faced God because there is only one True God (in their estimation) and his name is Death. And since every religion has a representation of Death, that’s why their god has so many faces. Yes, I just paraphrased Syrio Forel, Arya’s dancing master from S1 but he was also from Braavos so it kinda works. There’s a lot of fan theories speculating that Syrio might have actually been Jaqen. I don’t know if I believe that but it’s fun to think about.

It's not a plot hole at all, you really think someone in a different country wouldn't know about the HAND of the KING being killed by his own son, also those actors in the play are clearly from Westeros. People from Westeros come to Essos all the time you think they don't communicate and spread news? Especially in Bravos, one of the biggest trading stations in the world. Literally everyone who works as a merchant in Westeros where Tywin died is coming to Bravos. Calling it a plot hole is egregious.

The Sam stuff is not filler. Sam's dad will be indirectly dany's downfall cause in 8x1 Sam would not have pushed Jon for the throne had Dany not executed his family.

I think it's not magic. The god of death doesn't care if they take money or not, for him it's all the same. Remember, he killed random guys for Arya and also they kill people who are sick. Therefore it's not all about money.
