I love this story. He namedrops Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Yankees players, the Steinbrenners, Lenny Kravitz, and the president of Columbia Records/Sony all in a story about how he got Aerosmith into Guitar Hero and coming up with Guitar Hero Aerosmith. I mean, this man's ego has no limits. He MUST be associated with famous people, and every good idea MUST be his.
Tommy Tallarico has created a complete fantasy relationship with Steven Tyler because they have the last same name, and he met him a few times. I am certain Steven Tyler wouldn’t remember him if asked.
The Yankees spring training camp was actually their fantasy camp, usually held around the second or third week of January in Tampa, FL. Aerosmith/Kravitz played in Tampa on Jan. 17, 2006. Very good chance he bought tickets and paid for the VIP experience.
What would be brilliant is if Steven Tyler ended up doing an interview or podcast with someone that played him that clip of Tommy telling that story about getting Aerosmith into the game. Imagine what his reaction would be or what he would say about all of this 😂
