@@robertosaquiortiz7247that was always off putting to me that only 1 bridge connected the islands and it was made in 98 and the tunnels weren’t even made either before 98
Guess if Vice City was released after San Andreas, it would have a prologue mission showing Tommy’s arrest. One inconsistency though - Tommy spoke to Sonny the first time in 15 years after the botched deal.
Maybe there was an idea of making it in some point of the trilogy or another game, but they created the Universe nosense bc reasons and we will never know I hate the separate universe, now is what we have but back in the day I'd totally disliked, the excuse was stooped too
@@pannomic1818 The universe stuff is actually a good idea. If the 3D and the HD universes were interconnected, then all the map developments wouldn't make sense. The Liberty City in GTA IV is quite different and bigger than the one in GTA III, thanks to the universe separations. Imagine GTA IV in a map as small as GTA III's map, we wouldn't like it, would we? With new technology, Rockstar wanted to develop and that wasn't possible as long as they were obliged to preserve the lore of the old games. So they just created a new universe.
To be honest - I know that its semi-official that Tommy is 35 in Vice City. But I always felt like he is older, above 40. Its not even about things that indicate it directly, like "too slow granddad". Its about his overall experience in running businesses, working with mob, and making mobsters fall. Plus it is simply no Way he would make a name for himself at the age of 20, and was such in great shape after being sacked for 15 years
Ye would be good idea, but this is just one time made for fun , for video and not planing to make a full project. If there would be full project of course it would have had more things in it
i wish they made this a game and a game about what happened before CJ ran away from the west coast. what they did with bdup, lil Brian and Big Bear etc
I respect that hard work on it, coding, doing animations, models, dialogues but the most easy part was to replace late 1990's cars with 1970's vanilla-looking cars like Esperanto, Idaho, Stallion, Sabre, Voodoo, Oceanic, etc and you didn't do it :(
This in my opinion, should have been an installment all on its own, I actually thought it was going to be Vice City Stories until I saw Vic Vance as the main character. Great mod, I enjoyed this!
Game = LCS Characher = Vice city Character physichs = GTA san andreas 😂 Luigi s girls from = GTA 3 😂 Lmao that s it 1971 Also mission from Salvatore leone in gta san andreas
@@ikillyou1170 yh but the mod would be also perfect if they used proper 1971 cars rather than GTA 3 and lcs cars that were 1998 (GTA LCS) and 2001 (GTA 3)
@@mrgamingftl6830 I absolutely agree. Having said that, when you look at 3D marketplaces for .obj 3D models of that kind of thing it's very hit or miss. And pricey. Your only other choice would be learning Blender and editing assets extracted from in-game which is easier said than done. Unless you do it as a dedicated hobby or as a professional, it's going to look like shit, or something is going to be a bit wonky when you port it back into the game engine. Of course I would also have mods for animations to be fixed with custom mocaps imported. Like changing the walk animations so 3D era characters don't walk constantly like they shat their pants. Desires spring eternal.
Ye its my bad that I didint find 70s car pack which would fit GTA style, i didint want to add like real brand mods like Ford, Dodge and ect. Wanted to stick to gta universe cars
