Tomoe gotta be my favorite girl in the show She's smart, cunning, fearless and runs everything smoothly to aid Makoto, not clingy but still has the need of bonding and the more episodes you watch the more you see her thinking or talking about a life with him She fits the role of the self-sufficient supportive wife perfectly
But out of the two, Mio even if Makoto says they're both equal, he can't hide that she's the one he realizes he fell in love with, those clingyness, the absolute loyalty that even tomoe herself said was the extreme, the serious love gestures she shows very straightforwardly even in public (unlike the one tomoe does half jokingly), and the desperate things she does to make him fall in love with her (which actually makes his heart flutter), was the one that made him realize he also wants them.
+nagi8010 (spoiler below) That's probably why she's the one who takes his virginity later. And that's probably why Tomoe lets Mio be his first before she has her turn. I think she recognizes that Mio's feelings for Makoto are like her's, but even stronger. Not to say Tomoe's love isn't equally as steong. Mio just has more passion and Tomoe has more restraint I guess.
No, that's not the problem, the problem is she's technically a massive dragon and Mio is a Giant Ass Spider, which kind of makes the idea of having sex with them feel weird.

Makoto REALLY needs to clear things up with Tomoe and MIo...it's not cool dragging their feelings like that! We all know that you don't see 'em like that, let THEM know as well!
I hope that both in the manga & anime, its shown that when Shiki & Makato gets to meet the Goddess, Shiki request Makato to request/demand for these abilities as a Payment to save Hibiki:- (1) Ability to use Common Language => This should lead to Makato getting the ability to use All-Languages. (2) Ability to use all forms of Magic without any limit. Initially the ability to use All forms of Magic without limit must lead to Makato being able to use Wind & Heal (Light) Magic but with time, it should also lead to him being able to perform Creation-Magic. Makato's Light-Element should start nourishing his body to such a level that both his Looks & Physique should start improving & him becoming a 6ft Tall Handsome gun with Physical Strength almost 100-times of True/Great Dragons. This enhanced Physique should also allow Makato to give far greater output for Magic, Further increase his Mana pool & Lifespan.
@@jaganfrqt Spoiler Alert! In WN, both Makato & Shiki gets kidnapped by Goddess to force them to save Hibiki from the Demon Army. In exchange, Shiki requests Goddess to give Makato the ability to speak Common Language. Goddess had already given Makato the ability to speak all Languages except Common Language. This probably created a hindrance why Makato wasn't able to learn basic Common Language though she denied it being a hindrance to him. Due to this boon, Makato gets the ability to speak all Languages, which is a God-Tier Ability. ‐------------------ I personally think that it would've been better if the scene changed to the above mentioned comment.
Nah.., he does not have that problems. He is too strong that Tomoe and Mio's bragging made gorgons wonder if it's worth it to die by the hand of Tomoe and Mio to get some experience with Makoto.
