I think Lilla is more polished but the raw talent and child like innocence of Taylor is perfect for Annie. Taylor is amazing in her own way...two very different portrayls of Annie
Lilla recently left Annie, but before that she was the main annie and taylor (who regularly play duffy) and Sadie Sink were understudies. Now Sadie and Taylor share the role of annie.

I have seen both Lilla and Taylor play the role and both are fantastic. Lilla is so comfortable in the role and really nailed the character. I am sure now that Taylor will be taking over the role with Sadie, she too will grow into the toughness of Annie
just saw the show yesterday and we though we were going to see Lilla but Taylor took over the 2pm show and she did not disappoint! phenomenal little girl with a great voice! could not have been happier to see her on stage for my first broadway show
Taylor Is an amazing young actress with great stage presence and charm. I was so impressed by her performance as Annie on Broadway - a powerhouse singer, smart, great energy and great connection with the cast.
Oh my god i saw her on broadway the other day as annie and she was absolutely amazing!!! I loved her and i got to meet her shes so cute and sweet she deserves this role soo much!! Love u taylor!!
I love both her and Lilla, but Lilla is not only a brilliant singer, she's a persona and a great actress, Taylor is still a bit shy about it, but she's gonna shine even more very soon!
Taylor and stand by Sadie Sink are taking over for Lilla when she leaves at the end of July...Taylor and Sadie are both so great...I think they will do wonderfully
I think there is more than one way to play Annie. A lot of people go for the tough Annie, but some like the version of Annie with a little bit of a vulnerable side...that is what Taylor seems to bring...tough on the outside but hiding a more sensitive part that leaks through a bit
Just read about this news. I hope Lilla is on to another project! she is so talented!. I think this is a great rendition and just as talented. I saw Lilla perform and I don't have anything bad to say how amazing she is. So this is a tough one! But Taylor def looks like she will fit in just fine!
This is kind of embarrassing for me to write but a few years ago when I was younger I used to think that when people talked about her belting they were actually talking about her belt and I was so confused but now I know they were talking about her musical 'belt' :)
I agree, Lilla seemed to play her a little older and almost a little more rough and tumble, and Taylor is definitely younger with a certain spunkiness :)
Amazing belt! Hope she isn't straining her voice though! I have a "fake belt" I use that sounds like Broadway belting (as I do prof theatre) that doesn't strain my voice
