When I am about for a hike I pack my emergency kit, Bic lighter, iPad Mini 6, Anker USB C dongle so I can touch up quick edits on my iPad, on the external loops (Peak Design Belt chip V3, Fuji X-T4 left side carry shoulder strap buckle on the other loop; Mammoth medium sized climbing clip attached with my HydroFlask 32 oz bottle). FieldNotes book, write in the rain pen, AirPods Pro 2, extra batteries for Fuji camera, 10,000 battery bank with built in usb C n lighting cable. Wallet by Open Sea Leather and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Great review! I've been looking at sling bag options for an upcoming trip - normally I use something from Lululemon for around the city but need something that will hold a little more so this might do the trick! My five must-have for my EDC are my phone, hand sanitizer, chapstick, wallet, and battery bank (I have one that comes with cables built in :) )
Such a great bag. Especially for the money. I regularly use this to carry a X-E1 / 27mm or X100 with two extra batteries. Also fits plenty of other EDC items.
My top five everyday carry would be my phone, wallet, and coin pouch which holds my home and office access cards and keys instead to keep my main wallet slim. I like to transfer those items from bag to bag, depending on the situation and where I'm going. But sometimes the bags I use are too big or not as convenient as I'd hope. But I am looking into some TomToc bags for alternatives.

I hope someone will find something useful from list below☺️ My fav EDC tools i carry a lot in my pocket: 1) victorinox rally (for its compact and needy tools set, are on my keychain) 2) wuben g344 (simple pocketable 130 lumen flashlight, on my keychain) 3) cable essential card with wireless charger from KableCARD 3D printed card for carrying EDC tools from yt channel Earthling EDC, and on that card i have: 4) Knipex Cobra 5) wrench from Author Cycle Clinic 9BIT-R1 kit with its sone bits. (Its way cheaper this copact sized wrench than a TOPEAK or else are on the online market ;) While writing this I think I'll make a video for all edc things that i carry :) Thanks for a vid again!

I’m kinda cheating because I carry 2 “kits”, my phone, and sunscreen and tissues for allergies. It all fits in my sling or tote, so it’s still EDC. When I don’t have a bag, I just have my wallet and phone. My wallet is the alpaka zip pouch and while fairly small contains a mini torch, blade, airtag, keys, car keys, and finally extra cards and cash. My second kit is the alpaka zip clutch that contains a mini tictac case with emergency advil and allergy pills. It also has floss, bandaids, alcohol pads, tripod, and an incharge cable.
That’s true if you carry a bunch of lenses, but I’ve been using this specific bag with my x100, two batteries and some other daily EDC items for almost 2 years now. It’s perfect.
@@JoeLopez Yeah, that makes sense. You mentioned "from a photographer's perspective" as the reasoning at the beginning. Not that X100v precludes one from being a photographer.. but it would make the bag only suitable for light EDC shooting. When you opened it up in the video, it didn't strike me as a photography bag at all. It's very like ipad or sketchbook focused in the design. Either way, just splitting hairs. I like bag reviews so I'm babbling to bump lol.
