This is a perfect example as I have a Fujifilm X-T4 with a bit smaller lens. This will work for me great. Thanks for the vid, actually helped me to decide.
I own this bag as my EDC. When I am about for a hike I pack my emergency kit, Bic lighter, iPad Mini 6, Anker USB C dongle so I can touch up quick edits on my iPad, on the external loops (Peak Design Belt chip V3, Fuji X-T4 left side carry shoulder strap buckle on the other loop; Mammoth medium sized climbing clip attached with my HydroFlask 32 oz bottle). FieldNotes book, write in the rain pen, AirPods Pro 2, extra batteries for Fuji camera, 10,000 battery bank with built in usb C n lighting cable. Wallet by Open Sea Leather and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Excellent work on this video!
Good review! I'm considering this sling bag and its 7 L variant, so your actual measurements and demonstration of what fits in and how well are very helpful!👍 My EDC essentials are 1) keys, 2) phone, 3) wallet, 4) earphones, and 5) pen + notepad.
Hello there Mr Songhurst, my name is Johnny and I'm a freelance logo designer, currently I'm looking for more works, do you love to have a logo for your channel's branding to have a memorable graphic based monogram logo to help your audience recognise and follow your channel easier? I would love to design a photography themed logo inspired by your direction for you! Let me know if you interested to make it happen! :-)
Great straightforward review. Curious about why you wanted a more weighty travel tripod? That seems counterintuitive. I would think that lighter weight would be one of the top priorities for a travel tripod. I also understand that carbon fiber is considerably less susceptible to vibration than aluminum and is also lighter. I am considering getting the Peak Design aluminum tripod but that has more to do with the fact that I can't justify the cost of the carbon fiber one.
Do you think 6L is enough to fit the Xt2 with battery grip on it? I have the 3L but i always removed the battery grip. Because you cannot closed the bag. That's the big problem so i considering to get a 6L.
thank you very much for this. Haven't had overheating much lately but I should get one of these just in case. Have you tried livestreaming with it with the new firmware 3.0??
Just curious, is charging the battery (esp. when you're packing light) a significant improvement usability-wise from just charging the battery in-camera? I run my XT4 off my power bank directly plugged into the USB-C port on the camera
So, I received mine yesterday, and love it so much that I ordered a second one (the orange lined x-Pac type) for my non-tech gear. But I'm not convinced about the exposed main zip - how do you find it holds out in wet weather?
@@CameraGearReviews Since I posted that comment, I sent the X-Pac back and bought another 'standard' version. Not sure why everyone raves about x-pac - to me it felt like a cheap washbag.
I've been considering this for my Pocket 3, plus accessories and a selfie stick - but not sure whether everything will be rattling around and getting scratched. It's like, I started looking at bum bags, and I've slowly gotten bigger and bigger. :D
This is actually perfect for OP3 carry. There are so many pockets you won't have an issue with gear getting scratched. There are so many choices atm that it's so hard to choose between them all. Not many though have the length this has to take the OP3 with battery grip attached.
Nice video. Does it get uncomfortable to have the back of the sling against you when the sling is fully loaded with the camera + lens (as in your video)? Wondering whether the back padding is adequate. Thanks.
Great video with reviewing this sling! I hope someone will find something useful from list below☺️ My fav EDC tools i carry a lot in my pocket: 1) victorinox rally (for its compact and needy tools set, are on my keychain) 2) wuben g344 (simple pocketable 130 lumen flashlight, on my keychain) 3) cable essential card with wireless charger from KableCARD 3D printed card for carrying EDC tools from yt channel Earthling EDC, and on that card i have: 4) Knipex Cobra 5) wrench from Author Cycle Clinic 9BIT-R1 kit with its sone bits. (Its way cheaper this copact sized wrench than a TOPEAK or else are on the online market ;) While writing this I think I'll make a video for all edc things that i carry :) Thanks for a vid again!
Hi, I have a Sony a7 iii along with a sigma 35 1.4 and sigma 85 1.4, im wondering if they will fit this? I’m currently using a lowepro protactic 350 awii backpack but I don’t like how big it is as my setup is just the a7iii along with those lenses and an extra battery
Good. I like that you take your time and show each step. Others sometimes go too fast and seem to be showing off rather than helping beginners like me. 😂
Thank you SO MUCH for this! I was up and down trying to find ways to export videos whilst retaining a transparent background... Turns out what I was really after was a GIF which delivered exactly the same result and at a much lower file size! Thanks for creating such a simple and accessible walkthrough! :D
this is just one of the equipments/acessories Most wanted for me, but unfortunately import in Brazil is out of question, paying 2x the price of the itens is VERY expensive, but, ONE DAY...
