Hope to cover questions not answered fast. Many free software titles included so it gets confusing. Use the Tonex Software to copy to and from your Pedal. Amplitude is a separate "in computer" rig.
Tonex is a great addition to your library of amp rigs that fits in a small pedal.
So many new amp captures going online daily! You can have access to all kinds of amps you don't own. I am not endorsed by anyone. No monetization by youtube etc.

Thanks mate - just got mine yesterday and while I can program computers in 5 different languages and have been playing guitar for 40+ years, I'm completely confused by all the THOUSANDS of options and choices available. The "tyranny of choice" is real haha. I was saying that Mungo the guitar player - that's me - spent most of those 40 years lugging a Marshall Bluesbreaker around with a few pedals and a few guitars and would just grunt at the bass player to acknowledge each other. Then when we started playing it was all nice and easy and simple. Between this and the Headrush MX5 I bought a year ago I think I have GAS'd myself to hell and back. All I wanted was a system to allow me to get a great guitar sound onto Logic Pro so my tech wizard producer could do all the stuff when I sent him my parts. Your explanation has helped loads. I have no plans on capturing any amps or pedals. I have too little life left to be bothered haha. I just wanna plug and play and NOT spend hours reading manuals explaining everything in details that has nothing to do with rocking out. I shall now enjoy my new toy and Mungo will drool properly like proper guitarist. Thanks again 👍👍👍👍👍👍

My guitar plugged directly into the tonex pedal. The pedal goes into the saffire pro-40. That's it. My pick-ups are the GFS. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-52aLeCVipik.html The amp sound was downloaded from the guy with the clock logo as high gain PRS MT15.

I plug this into my scarlett 2i2 and the tones don’t sound this good.. its either super thin, the latency is crazy … idk what im doing wrong. Sometimes it has way too much bass even if i dial it to 0. I changed the chord i was using amd or fixed the static cutouts when using ASIO in the plugin and the pedal connected. Idk…

The Depth control will reduce the low end as well. Use the USB on the Tonex,. Or Scarlett USB only. They both act as sound cards.

Great video, got my Tonex the other day and went through a bunch of tutorials that were a waste of time. However, your short 3:30 video killed all the "rambling" videos that held little value to a new user. Cheers!

I can't even get it to give me audio through my PC lol. To be fair, I'm a total noob at using stuff like this.

It doesn't do that, it's a interface, the audio comes out of the tonex ( anything on comp -》 tonex -》 audio out ) likely you've already figured this out
