Wow! It really worked!!!! Thank you so much for making this video! I have had a hard time pronouncing certain words that start with "L", "P" and "R" ever since I was a child and I'm 26 now lol. After doing your tongue exercises, I can say that I won't have trouble with that anymore! Thanks again for sharing your knowledge!!
You may want to see if you have a tongue tie. It’s a piece of skin attached to the bottom of your tongue. It can be found pretty easily by auctioning your tongue to the roof of your mouth and lowering your jaw. It should look pretty light. You can get it evaluated by an ENT doctor or oral surgeon, maybe even a dentist to see if it should be removed. It costs about $700 out of pocket, depending on where you live. There’s certain benefits that come with its removal, along with easier pronunciation of words. You can look into it and see if it’s something that would help you
Thanks James! Just the vid I was looking for. We will totally try this with our ESL students. They have a heck of a time moving their tongue when trying to speak in English. I didn't think, however; that my tongue would get so tired when I practiced it :O ... gonna have to practice a few times before my next class :)....thanks again!!
I'm looking for a video and came across this one and tho it isn't what I'm looking for, I just have to say, this is such an adorable video. so patient and kind. I wish more ppl were like this.
Totally enjoyable and helpful clip. I'm trying to help my 2 year old gain control of his tongue, but am realizing that my speech also needs improving. You have such an affable demeanor!! Love it. Thanks James.
Wow awesome video. I'm a mumbler and can't even hear my own voice in restaurants. After just one lesson my speech is much more crisp. Can't wait to see how this goes after long term practice, thank you!
I have watched and try to practice a lots of video on youtube, but I must say you are the best. Most of the teacher only explain where to touch but you actually show us so it’s easy to follow you. Also it gives me confidence that I am doing the right thing. Moreover short video help to practice it again and again. Please do continue with one sound in one video so can’t be forgotten. You are the best pronunciation teacher.
Thank you Soo much for this! I'm American and I used to be so great with this but due to unforseen sickness and voice lesson, I developed bad muscle memory and bow I struggle with moving my tongue correctly when speaking. It is so uncomfortable and embarrassing so I'm super appreciative!! This will help a lot :)
Not sure why you stopped making videos, but, I want to say your video is awesome and the exercises are really helpful. No trash talk and you are speaking straight to the point. Keep making more videos. Good luck.
LOVE the instructional video! I was looking forward to seeing more. What happened? Your presentation was very thorough and fun. I strongly believe that it would be very instrumental in helping students with correctly forming sounds during reading instruction.
Since English isn't my first language, I kind of have a thick accent, well especially when the word involves the 'r', but this exercises have helped me, and I only have like three days practicing them. Thank you so much!
First time I being here ... I loved your video !!! Also you are very nice and you have awesome teeth, Congratulation ! Very clear and easy to understand ... I really loved ! Thank you so much 😊

I'm really thankful for this video.. I've been looking for practice videos, that will help me pronounce words more effectively and this here is a GOLD.. Thanks dude! 👌👍
This is a really good video and shame that there's no more in the series. Does anybody have any recommendations for other tongue exercises to help with pronunciation that can be used in addition to this video?
