I don't understand Billie. He said all the ladies are too tall. Why wasn't that in the job/audition description- from the start? -Women Toni's height needed/preferred? Wouldn't that have saved the women a lot of wasted time, or was it just for the episode in large part that they carried out this audition? Also, her former background singers- her sisters are and have always been taller than Toni. So what does he mean?Wouldn't having tall women behind her be in keeping with what her set-up has always looked like with her sisters in the back in the past? I am very confused here by Billies leadership.

They have sang back up for her since they were able to sing. She never had to pay for back up singers. Tamar was singing for her since she was -3 years old and that’s why To I got upset when Tamar said she wasn’t doing it anymore and she wanted to pursue her own solo career. Toni should be grateful for them.
