Unfortunately the disadvantages of dog breeding outweighs the benefits by a big margin. More research should be done before such programmes are published. The amount of strays have grown by 600% in the last 2 years. The number of dogs being surrendered to rescue centres and shelters have quadrupled and animal cruelty is on the rise.
