Great video & thank you for taking the time to share the updates on the Toyota. Enjoy the new family when the time comes especially when they are young. My two boys are 27 & 31 now & that's another whole different ball game of fun. But your children are only young & developing once & you definitely don't want to miss any special moments. I can still remember the day my oldest was five & asked why I worked all the time & wasn't home? That was a wake up call for me to change my life, Time is Priceless!
Truck looks amazing buddy and congrats again on the baby! That Garmin system is pretty sweet. Reminds me of my REDARC Redvision which is one of my favorite mods to date. Keep up the good work man!
Great walk around man. Thanks for sharing. We have a 22 TRD off-road, finally getting things going on it & it feels nice to finally be making it happen. Especially also having a 6 month old camping buddy ourselves so definitely get you. Congrats on your guy’s little one!
@ArkansasOverland, thx for bringing us your updates on your rig, awesome it's a never ending project like a Harley or Hot Rod money 💰 bucket, love your channel and keep doing what your doing brah hang loose see you on the next one 👍 👊✌🤙🙏stay safe and safe travels brahda, Congratulations on your new addition to the family 👪 God bless you and your family 👍
I still feel pain for your Decked Drawers when you cut them, but it looks good and functional. I really like the light setup too. My next big project. I’ve been searching for a tailgate/handle solution if I didn’t use my ladder on the GFC. I guess if I had to ask a question, how do you mount extras to GFC interior, and routing to the tent/sleep deck? Very nice build! Take your time with the baby, all this RU-vid stuff will be waiting for when you find the time.
Bro, that's a super sweet and super practical setup. With the camper though you got to have a redarc bcdc inverter with like 100/200 amp of lithium it's a total game chenger, bro. It like a whole new level. I'm sure you know but I'm just sharing my humble opinion. I didn't say your power setup is not good enough, alright?
Good going Also have the power switch set up, with the overlander GPS brilliant system setting up the different themes dim, bright, zones mega for stuff. 😄 also done a strobe one not used for anything important, but one day it could come in handy. Nice one go steady.
Complete Layman in regards to electrical, lookin to spend an afternoon cleanin up the rats nest I made. Tryin to understand, so there’s 2 wires each coming off the positive and negative terminals. The default and it looks like you added a secondary wire for the bus bars. Then adhered those to the upper fuse box? And all the auxiliary connections would terminate to the bars
Best Tacoma content on youtube, by far! Been subbed for a while and it just gets better and better. Did you decide what to do with your cracked core support?
Digging the updates. Been considering wheels and tires. You mentioned 16s. Is there any difference, performance-wise between 16s and 17s if the tire is the same height? I HATE the tailgate ridges. Friggin kills my knees lmao.. I'm planning a trip to Expo East. Kinda hoping you'll be there. I would love to see this beast in person. But, family first. Congrats man!! You won't find anything more rewarding than fatherhood.
Man I'd love to be at East, but won't be able to make it. I have another show in Arkansas the next weekend. As far as performance between the two, it's negligible, but you get more sidewall so maybe a little more flex/cushion.
@@ArkansasOffroad Good stuff man, I appreciate it. I am going to probably get out to some of the west shows next year. Thinking probably Mountain West. Looks like y'all have a lot of fun w that one.
Congrats! The kid mod is a big deal. Total game changer. 18:00 Those are bad ass. 🤘 20:47 what’s up with the Westy sticker? I had an 82 Westy back in the day. Loved that old camper van
Amazing Build!!! Thanks for sharing this video; Quick Question, what is the name of the color on the truck? I have been looking for a color similar o identical to the old Safari Classic "Camel Trophy Defender," but looking to get the actual name because I found it very similar. Thanks in Advance
Is the dual swing out rear bumper discontinued? I just ordered the front bumper and wanted the rear to match but the dual swing out option isn’t available on the website.
@@ArkansasOffroad interesting I rubbed fenders like crazy. Trimmed them up and reattached fender liners, it’s honestly hardly noticeable to the lay eye. The back doesn’t rub at all which makes me wonder if my bump is limiting too much travel so maybe eventually I’ll try another u bolt flip kit and see if that gives a bit more travel but I’m tired of working on the truck for now
