The beloved Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series returns with Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2, a remaster of the first two games with additional moves, tricks and features from throughout the series. Andy and Luke from Outside Xtra are both very excited for this remaster, so join them for a session in the game's Warehouse demo, as they try to score a million points in a single two minute run. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 is available for Xbox One, PS4 and PC on release date September 4 2020. The Warehouse demo is available for people who pre-ordered the game on August 14 2020.

Guess I'm in the minority but I loved the ability to hop off of the board and fuse it into the combos.. hope they remake Tony Hawk Underground. So many memories in that game.

you know you're an old school THPS fan when you just hear Superman by Goldfinger in your head anytime you see footage of the Warehouse level being played... also love that shoutout to THPS3's Airport level. One of my friends & I used to get combos of like 2 million on there. Maybe we'll get lucky and at some point after launch they'll add THPS3's levels & secret skaters as an expansion....

The hidden room is behind the door IN the half-pipe, not the little room hanging above it. But if I remember correctly there is a gap for jumping over the half-pipe and going through the room itself.

@@OrangeShanker Yep, I was thinking of the Hanger from THPS2. Although there was an entire hidden area in the Warehouse that you could access, but I don't think they added that until 4 maybe? All I remember is having to do some specific trick off something to knock down a wall to access it.

@@youaintasbadasyouthink That's the exact one I was thinking about as well, and after some google searching I found that there was a cracked wall where one of the quarterpipes ends that you have to sticker slap to knock it down to access a new area but I don't know if they stuck with this new layout or not as I didn't play any of the games after that and from what I've seen that's a good thing. I do hope we get remakes/remasters of the underground games though.

There’s something so addictive about it! LOL Our parents and adults heard that a lot for video/PC games in general: “One more try/life/level Dad/Mom/babysitter/guardian person!”, “Please, just let me finish this race/boss/etc.!” “I gotta get where I can save/do this/that/the other thing first, please!” This was mostly before auto-saves, save-states, anytime saves (or ANY save at all, usually. Maaaybe a password). No excuse now, lovely gaming kiddos! (Hmm, maybe we didn’t really have an excuse, either.😉)

I'm so glad they added later features to tony hawk 1 and 2, 2 wasn't so bad, but I tried playing 1 and just couldn't handle it without many of the tricks to string your combo along getting high points was hard heh.

The game looks beautiful! I love the new trick stuff like tweaking grinds, and the stand still Rodney Mullen stuff. I'm 99% sure Afraid of Heights is CA-based punk band Wavves (GTA V soundtrack), which is awesome. The only thing I'm a bit confused about is the "holograms not blood" thing, like that was part of what made the bails more tolerable, watching blood fly out everywhere lol. Whatever maybe there's an option in the menu? Probably not. This video was hilarious tho!! Love you guys!

When grinding the pipe how are you transitioning to different grinds without jumping in between each grind? e.g at 3:51 you do a FS 50-50 to FS Noseslide. Exactly what motion/buttons are you hitting? Thanks!

There's two hidden rooms you can unlock the wind tunnel huge half pipe and open the gate to get outside where there's a helicopter

I never really got into the Tony Hawk games... I'm still waiting hopefully for another Dave Mirra BMX game. They were incredible. I'd even happily take a remaster of the original game.

I thought there were two secret rooms. One for grinding on the pipes above the left hand side of the warehouse, secret room that has a helicopter. Then the other where you wall grind over the half pipe on the right to break down the wall - which contains a further half pipe room. I could be remembering it wrong though.... it’s been a while!!

lemons107 no he didn’t. At the j half pipe you have to grind the propeller on the wall. The wall then breaks open revealing an entire new section to skate.

The real Tony Hawk quietly retired in the 90s due to a horrible spinal injury and he's been a hologram ever since. I can't believe they finally admitted it!
