The moment when tony gave Christian a little advice on the christ air, for those that unfortunately didn't grow up with these heros that was a show of old school respect!! 2 of the greatest people to ever step on skateboardz! There were more than a few times I teared up with joy of watching them skate! I will be at the next vert alert!! 50 and still skating! Keeping vert dead!✌️

If you had told me at 12 years old that in 25 years time I'd enjoy watching an hour long vert demo on a computer screen and not fast forward it, I'd of spat on your back.

Growing up and skating in the 80's I was not a Bones Brigade fan. All these years later Tony has been a really great ambassador for skateboarding.

Lack of diversity? Come on Tony. I could be wrong but I don’t recall any female vert legends. Maybe there were but I don’t see any 50 year old ladies dropping in even if they didn’t have previous commitments. Let’s not make this something it isn’t. Skateboards don’t discriminate and don’t require the approval of anyone for you to get on and ride.

I bought this board online and it is okay except the brakes is very scary and grabs abruptly even on the lowest setting and it is a bit heavy so instead of carrying it I made a small tow rope. Otherwise the power speed range and kicktail is great. But I would buy a different mini electric skateboard next time because of the brakes that makes me stick to flat roads and avoid going down hills or uphills because eventally I w need to go back downhill.

Sandro still has it. ... Back when 900 was a new thing, nobody did it except for Tony for a long time. But then you could see Sandro do 900 in a vert best trick contest, in his style, 6 feet above the deck. ... Great event.

What kills me the most... is... most people don't understand the hours(hour after hour) out into the bump, bang, and smash your face against the blacktop.... alone no one around time invested into making that ONE trick happen.... that glorified moment of no one but you and silence landing perfect trick... my point? These guys are LEGENDS I'm 46 and I still skate and still board...... no .screw long. Boarding..... it's for quitters at my age.... I'm. Glad that Hawk put this together...I skate.... therefore I AM

The skating was so rad but the announcer was bothering me..sometimes the announcers aren't very good in contest skating..mad respect to the skaters just wish they chose different people to announce for these events.. LOVE THE LEGENDS!!!!!

i saw burnquist skate at the houston skatepark in 91 before he was really known. he was the only one to skate the vert ramp while i was there and he left that thing blazing. we were all like "who is that guy?" it was mind blowing
