I was born in 1970 and my father was in Vietnam. “Tie a Yellow Ribbon” was one of the first songs I ever remember hearing. It’s so very special, and Tony Orlando is a remarkable man.
God Bless America! Thank you Mr. Orlando, this video really makes me appreciate our men and women servicing and protecting all of us. Aloha from Hawaii
Much that I embraced this specific song, when I knew it's meaning and became not only a soundtract to the many families, but a symbolic to many. Indeed the song shares a lot to many even now. God bless Sir Tony O.
