2nd! Just one whoop for me! 😜 I just bought this foundation, very impressed. But while checking out, I picked up their peach powder. All I can say is WOW. Gives my 66 yr old skin that porcelain appearance I dream of. Just got their White Peach eye palette, peach concealer and a peach blush. Haven’t tried them yet but in the pan they look gorgeous!
Ok, I'm sold? I really need this as almost all my foundations are more suitable for spring/summer. How can a matt foundation NOT dry the skin? The price is very good too. I'm impressed. My flabber has been ghasted, wow! Hope you got a much needed sleep. 😉❣💜❣
I learned three things, A primer can be of benefit when using a blending sponge - and a blending sponge may show pores with some foundations so the brush is best for some. Didn’t know that but explains why some foundations accentuates pores. Also I never thought to brush a setting powder on before a bronzer.
I love it !!! I’ve never tried Too Faced foundation as I was worried it wouldn’t suit my post menopausal 50+ skin. I usually use Delilah foundation which I ❤️ When it runs out in Gina give this a try ! Thanks again Gemma x
I'm gonna go broke cause I want to try all of these! I can't make any foundation look right with a brush only, I have to start with a brush and then use the sponge. Sorry you had such a long day! It's obvious you're such a good Mom 😊
I have normal to combo skin and when I tried it in late spring, early summer, I HATED it on my face. I used it for a few weeks before I just gave up on it. I really, REALLY wanted to love this foundation. But, my 45 year old pores were SO obvious with this one.
So you call a bathrobe, what we call them, a dressing gown? Still fun to hear. Love it that you are so real with us. Yes,you did look tired and was awesome that you didn’t try to cover it up.🥰
Like a medium/full coverage , matte finish and a non transfer. Sounds good. Won't be buying foundation any time soon though as I spend most of my time in a mask and the ones I have are lasting me. Feeling seriously peed off with looking so drab and not my usual self! Going into Tier 2 lockdown tomorrow!!😢
No matte foundation for me 🤷♀️. I know what loooong busy days look like and how tired you feel at the end. But you can be proud of yourself to manage your family, job, household... and you do all things great!!! Love, hugs and kisses 😘
I also wear a lot of scarves, high turtlenecks, and big coats during the winter. I hate getting makeup on everything. I'm wondering how this foundation compares to the Dior face and body foundation? I was going to purchase this one once it starts to get cold! (It is still VERY warm where I live!)❤
Hi Gemma, have you tried the Smashbox Studio Skin hydrating foundation? It's matte, not flat and pretty transfer proof but doesn't dry me out and I have fairly dry skin. I also find it pore smoothing and I have pretty textured skin.
Looks wonderful but I am foundation poor right now.... Lolol I want the hourglass compact we talked about the other day!!!! Lol maybe a Christmas wish ......
Nars are bringing out their new Soft Matte foundation at the end of Oct, it's already available in US as I've seen some reviews and I'm dying to try it!! Also never mind getting foundation on scarves and coats - its those bloody masks!! xoJoanxo
I've tried to find Brush Junkie brushes in the U.S. but no luck. I'm thinking this would be a good foundation for me to because I've oily combination skin. However, the foundation that actually makes my skin feel amazing is the Clinique balanced silk foundation. It is amazing, so I doubt something else would be better but I love trying. Gurl, what shades from the Glam Palette do you have on those lids? You are so good with shadows.
@@PamperedWolf I think I got it right at the same time as the IT Cosmetics new foundation and that one sorta ruined me on others. But...Maybelline Dream Radiant has actually been top on my list. I know everyone is going to matte for winter but I just love the more radiant ones even though I’m oily.

And I love ❤️ it 😘 I’m wondering it you maybe could consider to try the new Clarins everlasting (matte) foundation? And maybe 🤔 also the new clarins everlasting concealer? And the Clinique even better all over concealer? I live in Sweden 🇸🇪 so I don’t know what you can purchase in the uk 🇬🇧.

Hi Gemma, I've just seen this video and think I'll try this foundation. You mentioned about not doing your usual to stop makeup coming off when wearing glasses. Please could you tell me how you make it so your glasses don't take your foundation off? I always have this problem so would be grateful for any advice 🙂 I'm not the best with makeup but I enjoy it

You're guaranteed to get some transfer when wearing a mask with any foundation, but this is a good one. Keep your eye out for next weeks video. I also have a makeup look for mask wearers in the playlists xxx
I thought I watch a videos where you had your blue contacts in and did a great eye look however now I can’t find it. 😢 Anyway, as you skin double, with blue eyes, I was thinking this foundation with those eye would be amazing!
Hi Gemma! I've seen you and your Mum in M'Hall a couple of times! (Pre lockdown!). 🤣 I enjoy your videos! I've never tried too faced born this way, original. I've got the matt peach one but I can not get on with it at all!!! It separates and comes off my nose and chin almost instantly! (I usually get that with every foundation but not so quickly!) I'm combination skin, just an oily t Zone. I usually use more dewy/radiant foundations but I do get fed up of transfer so I thought I'd try the peach one. I just can't make it work at all!

Like you I have dry patches. My daughter is getting married at the end of November. It doesn't usually get very cold where I live. What is your holy grail ride or die foundation. I would like one that's as transfer resistant as possible. Thank you for all you do. ❤❤
Very wary of matte foundations as I tend to have combination/dry skin but what would you say is your favourite transfer proof foundation? I have my eye on the it cosmetics your skin but better - do you think would be a good option Gem? I feel your pain about the days just being so hectic!!
Wanted to love it but yeah just looked like I had a mask on and showed my lines pores and hair follicles glad I didn't buy it before getting sample, I love btw
I believe ya. I bought one that she said the same word, water proof and it didn’t mean anything to me until I put it on. Hate hate hate. I felt heavy and smothered. It was an Estée Lauder that she spoke of about 3 wks ago. She loved it, I hate it. Everyone’s skin is different and I am a lightest coverage fan. Maybe her foundations should be categorized into light, medium & full coverage. I know it’s one reason we love seeing Mom . Be well. ( better say I’m a #1 fan of PamperedWolf so ya know)
