Doctor asks about the dry skin on her feet, she says , "Cause i haven't been taking care of my feet !". I was proud of her for just owning it and moving forward.I hope she is healed and well soon.

How great is this doctor? He never makes his patients feel ashamed about the condition of their feet, and he talks to them. So many times these people don't have anyone to really converse with! Lovely man!

Dr Jefferson has the compassion of a saint. May he be blessed for his kindness and consideration for his patients.

The Feet Doctor is so lovely. Patients already are worried and stressed. These kind of kindness, although not acknowledged but is so appreciated later on in life.

The patient was such a sweetheart, and I felt so bad for her when she admitted that she was scared. Her feet looked so much better when you got finished, Dr.Jefferson, and I'll bet they felt better as well.

This woman is a joy to listen to. She has such an animated voice so even her simple stories sound so interesting!❤❤❤

I have learned so much from both Dr J and the toe bro. I am in the UK and diabetic. I stopped wearing toe post shoes long before my diabetic nurse told me, I learned what to look out for on my feet, and taught my husband how to trim my nails for me properly as I have mobility issues. When I had my nail gutters removed because of ingrown nails, I knew what to expect and how to deal with it all. My diabetic nurse and podiatrist both comment on how I look after them. I now wear specific socks and am more comfortable. Thank you Dr J for your continued education for us all.

The difference in the before and after footage is just amazing, I can't begin to imagine how this lady must have felt after seeing her feet after the work you did. I have watched quite a few videos on podiatry, and you, sir, are in a league of your own, the compassion you show towards your patients, the unquestionable skill you have, your whole demeanour puts you at the top of your profession.

I love the conversations between Dr Jefferson and his patients. I can feel the warmth and compassion coming from him, and the trust he instills in his patients. This sweet lady sounds like a doll!

The mark of 'good doctoring' - a practitioner combining skill with caring. We have all had LESS than ideal situations where we meet a Doctor who is 1-overbooked, 2-indifferent, or just 3-has a brusque, negative bedside manner. They don't teach that part in medical school. For patients it really CAN be the luck of the draw...And so when we find ourselves in an MD's office, where there is sensitivity along with bandages and scalpels? And a level of concern...? That's the best! During COVID I was blessed at Tulane ER to have someone who went the extra mile: ordering a second, more intense swab test to be certain of my status. It was uncomfortable, but she advised me going in - it would be, in order to obtain an accurate test result. Such attention to my anxiety as well as my health...I have never forgotten her. BTW Turns out I did not have COVID....

I enjoy watching this doctor because his sincerity when helping his patients. He never makes his patients feel bad or embarrassed irregardless of how his patients feet got in the condition. I would imagine that it's hard to show anyone the condition their feet are in.

I've taken care of people with nails like this & it is a chore to do what you can with no podiatry available.

This doctor is so sweet, I took care of my mother who had dementia. She was to proud to ask for help. I took care of my mom in my house for her last year and half of her life. I did it all from her hair down to her feet. Her feet were awful but I just kept working on them every time I bathe her and in several months she had beautiful feet. Again this doctor is amazing to love on his patients. Wish all doctors cared about there patients the way he does.

I went to a local foot doctor. I know i have some fungal issues on one foot. The doctor acted like he didn't want to touch me. He never took any samples to be tested and offered no help. I had to ask him for a prescription. My nails didn't even look that bad. I wanted to stop the problem before it got worse. I lost faith in foot doctors. I wish there were doctors like this in my area.

Dr. Kev, watching your videos have taught me how to properly care for my feet. After not being able to care for them for so long (being obese) it is truly a blessing . Down 130lbs. Thanks for the care you show every single patient of yours! 💙💙💙💙

You are an amazing doctor and Man Dr J. I wish I could have you to do my nails. I’ve developed an ingrown toenail and every time I visit a chiropodist it’s worse and worse. I wore fabulous high scrappy shoes for 50 years with no problem. I am almost housebound now so wear slippers most of the time. Now I develop an ingrown nail,go figure.

I feel so sorry for this patient. This is a good kind Dr. wonderful to his patients. He takes good care of them and doesn’t think he’s better than anyone else. Love him and his work🥰
