While covering a story on the Great Western Greenway, Mayo News editor, Neill O’Neill, gets more than he bargained for when meeting an elderly man with an amazing story to tell.
The Local Eye looks at local newspapers in Ireland and celebrates the vital role they play in their local communities, looking at the serious business of fighting on behalf of their localities, finding the stories that matter to their readers and having some craic along the way.
