10 days into quarantine and the novelty of elaborate meal preparation has definitely worn off so here's a 4-ingredient salmon recipe that takes like, 20 minutes all in. You’ll need: 12 cherry tomatoes, 2 pounds of salmon (for 4 servings), 4 tbsp of olive oil and basil. Dress the salmon filets in olive oil, place them on four respective sheets of aluminum foil then sprinkle their surroundings with cherry tomatoes and basil then wrap the salmon fillets up and put them in a roasting pan. Heat oven to 500 degrees and stick them in there 10-12 minutes. Or 16 minutes if your oven doesn’t get that hot, which mine doesn’t. #MRTVtoomanycooks
