It'd be cool if you told us how to get the songflower and polished buffs.

@@Captainlonate songflower is in my guide but polished buff is unique to breaking shore intro quest. Most characters can re live the event if they talk to the NPC to the left as soon as you walk inside the violet citadel. You just don't complete the quest when you are preparing to disembark

polished armor is from the intro quest for the Broken shore you can possibly redo the quest by talking to the NPC to the left inside violet citidel sel sufficent is from the Dreamsurge standing on another player when it ends with that buff active

@@Soullscape Hey? So the dreamsurge buff persists in other zones if you are standing on another player when the dreamsurge event ends or changes the current active buff?

@@shinryukenYT When the Lone wolf buff is currently active and you are standing next to another player as it switching over to the next buff on the 30 min mark , it will become permanent and usable in other zones only to go away when you log off or take a loading screen.
