Matt saved me and my buddy out by SIlver Reef a couple years ago when we went up over a boulder. He mentioned that he took videos of his off road recoveries and it's been fun to follow ever since.

Matt , You need to teach Lizzie & the rest of your crew "Not to grab the roll cage " If they're in the habit of grabbing the roll bar , when it does rollover they're going to get their hand crushed . Build them some grab handles .

That and hanging a leg out while loading and unloading. I had a friend that did that and his rig slipped off the ramp. He broke his leg.

While on the topic, another good way to crush your hand/arm is to stick it out of the vehicle to try and break your fall....seen a bloke get his fingers jammed between part of the vehicle and the tree it landed on doing that.....

@@jackar1ah That almost happened one video, they were on their way to a job, the customer (i think) was in a side by side, be slide off the trail and rolled... he stuck his hand out and pretty much every body yelled "Hands inside, hands inside" so they're aware

I really dont know, I`m from Finland, and here we have them maybe too many, counting of those hits with cars in here, and quite many people also die in those accidents, driving 100kmh and hitting some 700-900kg moose, not so nice to "clean" road and vehicles after that kind of meeting with wildlife.

Lizzy , keep your feet inside while getting pulled on the trailer ! This old EMT watched thinking if your foot got caught on the ramp your rodeo and dance would be finished . Plenty of time to wreck your self later . Be careful young lady !

You should put a back up camera on that thing when you rebuild it this summer. Like the content and seeing the tracked vehicle pull them out.

From personal experience a camera system is awesome. I installed a dual camera setup on my ‘83 GMC K2500 with 10” lift on 40” BOGGERS. $120 on Amazon. Got 1 camera on the rear license plate for obvious reasons and the other camera mounted to the bottom of the front crossmember. I can see the leading edges of my front tires. The best part is being able to see what’s on the ground in front of me while cresting a hill. No more “I hope this isn’t a drop off on the other side”.

Had a camera on my F550 plow truck, plowing buddy’s house, luckily I looked before backing up, his 2 yo daughter was standing at my trailer hitch. For now on every car I have will have a camera

Lizzy, please keep all of your limbs inside of the vehicle while it it is in motion, running or not. You wouldn't believe how fast that you can loose an arm or leg. Be safe Lizzy.

Lizzy, you had your foot hanging out @10:08 Please don't do that when there is a chance of the vehicle tipping over. You'd 'probably' be OK on the soft sand, but if you ended up with your leg trapped between the frame and a hard surface, you could lose your leg. A work mate of mine was killed when the van he was a passenger in turned over, and he came out of the open window and was crushed. That roll cage is bugger all use when parts of you are outside its protection.

Trevor. I went to the factory in Germany a couple of times in the 60s. It was quite the place. My dad was the foreman at the plant that made the upper and lower mounts for the shocks.

Thanks for your videos, I have watch many of them. Because of your videos, yesterday I was able to pull out backwards, both at the same time, my F-150 4x4 with a cargo trailer attached, out of the mud up to their axels, with only a Harbor Freight 2800 Lb. Capacity 2 In. X 20 Ft. Tow Strap & my stock 2.0L, 8 speed auto, 4 door, Jeep Wrangler unlimited sport. Thanks again for the tips on how to recover vehicles, its a muddy mess, right now, with all the snow & rain, here in NE Indiana.

I rolled my Troopy on it's side, years back, on a steep hillside with a track across it. Clipped the left tire on a root thus turning the wheel up the hill, an over she went, in slow-mo. That feeling of being on the slightest of angled road now, still give me the willies.

The landscape and scenery in these videos is breathtaking and such a sharp contrast going from a lovely snowy landscape to a beautiful sand dunes landscape in one video. I wish I could work in a beautiful environment like that instead of the hell hole I miserably work at everyday.

Next time make sure Lizzie keeps her feet in when coming off the trailer.. If she were to fall off the right side, that ramp would have smashed her leg-- there's just no good reason to risk it like that. 11:20

I've only driven roads with snow everywhere once in my life and I had to go to a different country for it but maybe it gets old or boring for some people but dang its never is not pretty!

Not as much fun when Lizzie isn't around! The Bombie needs a major rebuild (when it gets back to hot weather) then back on the snow! Kind of a rough landing there Tucker! We have been have g horrible winds here too! Had 5 inches of snow on the Twenty First! Great job on those recoveries!😃

I for the life of me don't see how they make any money renting those things . I thought I'd try renting jet ski's here in Florida and every time out they would do 2-3 thousand in destruction to them so after 2 months of that both units ended up in the trash . Big money loss there .

The way they charge they can get enough money to pay them off in a few months. They also probably have a good contract to be able to recover damages from people by just charging their credit card. And a good repair shop helps.
