Took Big Nasty to our first SCCA Track Night in America at Michelin Raceway. Wasn't quite what I expected and I'm not so sure I will attend another one of these events. Just not enough track time for me. Very hard to get into a rhythm with only getting 6 to 7 laps in per session. However, great group of folks, met some really cool people and had a great time nonetheless!

She looks like she was running great, passing a lot of wannabees and those poor vetts didn't have a chance. Even with your shorten shorten track time, glad you had a great time. Take care bud.

Yeah I'm just considering it because it seems like a good way to get on tracks like Charlotte or Daytona. :)

Yes it is! Now I would do that as well to get on tracks that I'm unfamiliar with or have never done. That's a great inexpensive way to do it.

I hear ya my brother! Is that with Chin? I'll be at VIR that same weekend with NASA. My next Rd ATL is at the end of November. The weekend right after Thanksgiving. Could you possibly make that one? It hasn't gone on sale yet.

Thanks Willie!! The engine is completely stock. Hasn't been tuned or anything yet. I blew the motor at Rd ATL back in April and have since gotten the new Gen 2 Voodoo motor put in it. Ford stepped up to the plate and replaced it under warranty for me. I'm really fortunate that they did that for me. I'm very grateful. I do have American Racing Headers on order and should be receiving them any week now. Can't wait for those!

Yes it was the oil consumption issue. It happened at Road Atlanta. Ford stood by me and warranted the motor thank God. The car now has the Gen II voodoo motor in it. Haven't had any issues since. When the car had the Gen I motor in it, it was drinking the oil so fast. I was having to change the oil every 700 to 1000 miles.
