We have a TM1P (2010) that we are using very little and we keep having tool changer problems every time we use it. We take the skin off and adjust sensors - they adjust right and tool changer works. If we leave the machine for a week it falsely we trigger alarms from the top sensor when tools are in the tool changer. Sometimes it disappears by triggering the release button repeatedly, but we get so many faults that it is not useful. To me it seems like it is a pneumatic issue where it does not close in time - but I have no documentation telling me that there is a timer involved, but it seems like slow changes error out and gets stuck. Any sources of fauiltfinding?
Any suggestions on error 848? It says a 160V bus fault. It does it randomly. Sometimes when it's in the carousel. Sometimes before the carousel even moves over to the open position..
my coulegue got a problem with the recover button. or he hit the wrong button. in the proces of the recover on our vf2 in the point where the spindle goes down to grab the placed tool it pushed the tool down out of the carousel. is this a fault of him or?
