I show what this machine tool does as support for the Monarch 10ee lathe and Moore jig Borer as well as the Newly added horizontal mill in my Garage Machine Shop.
The machine will do much more then I can possibly show, some adapt the machines for limited or specific needs, I try to do a little bit of everything with the cutter grinder and also try to simplify setups as much as possible to save time.
This machine along with basic cutter and tool making has faded from much of manufacturing in the 1980s due to the variety of carbide inserts available but is still used in tool rooms. It is worthwhile to me for cost savings and having a factory consistent tool quickly available by crafting it.
