I’m with you on the screwdriver and Allen keys. I just have tips and a handle I don’t understand people with 10 different regular screwdrivers. Bag space is it a premium and a smaller lighter bag is better.
Great video, I love all of the hand tools however that kneeling pad saves me everyday!!! I glued some of those furniture moving slides in mine to slide across hard floors!
Yeah I'm at a garden style property with 10 buildings all 3 story with stairs. No way I'm packing a 40 lb bag of tools up and down all day, I have trimmed mine down to the essentials that will handle 90% of the calls.
I’m with you at this point. Having the tools you frequently use should be the only ones you bring for work. Like, why bring everything when they’re only using one of them. Back starts aching more and then there will be more days where we can’t get to work because of this in our career
Nice to see a guy showing his setup with tools that he actually bought and uses. I’m tired of seeing tool load outs with veto bags and tools just given to the guy for an “unbiased” commercial. Great video! That Klein long-nose plier and ratchet are a must have!👍
Carrying screwdriver tips is ok, but there are times when the extra width of "socket" on the end of the extension stops it reaching the screw concerned...
yeah, i carry a dedicated flat head screwdriver because I use it as a prybar. then I just carry a bit holder screwdriver with bits for everything else.
Hey a add on for everyone is get a small magnet tray what size you like . I buy the harbor freight magnetic tray 4" Diameter . Drill a 1/8 hole get a split ring like what you use with keys . Thread it through the hole and snap ring or carabiner anything to attach to a tool bag or belt loop at height .
