I think compositing in toonsquid would be really cool to have. As of now, the only way you could composite a toonsquid is exporting it as an image sequence/MOV and importing it into after effects, or alternatively, you could use davinci resolve for iPad but it’s quite cluttered and not the most ideal way to do it. So, I think the way it could be done is to have effects layers, and you can link them via the transform hierarchy, almost like the effects nodes in toon boom, but simpler. I feel like this should’ve been mentioned in the video. What do you think?
Great points. I've been using Procreate Dreams for a while and even though the app just feels very unfinished because some many important features are missing, features like performance mode are absolute game changers. As a whole Toonsquid is still much ahead of Dreams but it I would love to see more keyframing options like warping/effects/etc. and if we got something like performance mode in Toonsquid, that would be absolutely huge.
WE NEED BONE DEFORMERS FOR RIGGING RUBBERROSE ARMS AND LEGS , we also that bring bone deformers for drawing layers, so that we can rig one drawing in one layer
I love this app but for whatever reason when I import ABR brushes into the app they get ruined. They loose their unique textures and become transparent. It’s happened with every brush I use and it’s stopping me from animating in the app because it’s messing with my art style.
